Holy guacamole, the manager is something else. First off she got a big attitude with me because I sent my sandwich back. Then I witnessed she screaming at people outside. Idk why she was screaming at them but for me that's highly unprofessional. You as a manager always need to be professional you're representing the company.

I just doordashed McAllister's becausey daughter really wanted a salad. Well I ordered the Pick 2 and got the Cheddar Broccoli Soup and the Ultimate Nachos. Everything came okay. But I'm extremely upset about the nachos. They put all the toppings in the smallest containers they had and when I put it on top of the chips I had. It was pathetic. Like I was completely ripped off on toppings. I love their soup and Tea. But Idk. I rather spend my money somewhere else.

Food is generally very good, could use more bacon in the baked potato soup!!! But everything is delicious otherwise! They're always friendly helpful and quick about getting our order taken, out to us, and to go boxes if need be! Store is clean and they always are busy which tells you they're good!

The food was mediocre at best. We ordered two of the 2-for-$10.99 meals. One was a half Black Angus sandwich with half bacon chipotle potatoes. The sandwich was, by far, the most pathetic-looking sandwich I’ve ever been served—I’ll add a photo if possible. The potatoes were the only decent part of that meal.
The second order was a turkey pepper jack sandwich on ciabatta with honey mustard and half a baked potato. Although the sandwich was already a half portion, half of that half had no meat or cheese at all. The baked potato was burned.
We also ordered a cup of tortilla soup, which was lukewarm at best, and a bowl of broccoli cheddar soup. The only truly good item we received was the broccoli cheddar soup—however, paying nearly $8 for what they call a “bowl” (it’s quite small) is excessive.
For the price of this disappointing meal, we could have had an excellent steak dinner elsewhere.
Customer service was just as underwhelming. This was our first visit, and the menu is overwhelming. When we tried to ask questions to make sense of it, the cashier was unhelpful and appeared irritated.
Overall, this was a very poor dining experience, and we will not be returning.

I ordered a BLT. That means there are three ingredients on the sandwich. I get my sandwich after my husband drove 15 minutes each way to get it. I was told that they'd keep my name a replace my sandwich the next time I was in. I said I wanted a refund. They refused. I will never order from them again. The sandwich was primarily soggy lettuce. Absolutely unbelievable poor customer service, and horrible food!

Food has taken a quality down turn . My friends had to wait 40 minutes for their food. Several people who ordered well after them got their food including us. We finished our food and our friends barely received theirs. Plus our cheese for the chips was watered down and cooled. Sandwiches were chinsy. Used to be a great place to eat.

Drove 2+ hours to get to this location and I was extremely disappointed with this place. The staff were rude, which i would get but we got here 3 hours before they closed and they messed up almost all of our dishes. We politely asked if we could just get the things they forgot on the side and they were really rude about it. Specifically the kitchen staff.

This is the first restaurant that I felt comfortable eating gluten free at and the experience was exceptional! I am not from Pueblo but visit family here and I will definitely be coming here when traveling again. The service was great, the staff was very nice and took my gluten sensitivity important. 100% recommend.
