This is the first restaurant that I felt comfortable eating gluten free at and the experience was exceptional! I am not from Pueblo but visit family here and I will definitely be coming here when traveling again. The service was great, the staff was very nice and took my gluten sensitivity important. 100% recommend.

We like McAlister's and actually eat lunch there once a month out so. The chicken tortilla soup is my go-to, and always good, and the sandwiches are usually really good. This time, my chicken sandwich was pretty dry, but that probably won't stop us from going back. Oh, and love the new dessert selection of brownie bites and that their app rewards provided 25% off a drink!

Grew up eating McAlisters in Texas so when I’m in the Pueblo area that’s my go to. Always good, fresh food and it’s still very inexpensive. My BLT-A was very good and the bacon was perfectly crispy. I really really wish there was one in Colorado Springs, it would do very good business near Fort Carson!

They are very upfront that they can't guarantee gluten free but would do their absolute best. Their menu does show what is good for gluten sensitivity. I ordered the grilled chicken club on gluten free bread and potato salad. have to say they have some of the better tasting gf bread!

Usually not bad but they put my spud and salad together in the same to go container so my salad was completely warm. Why don’t they put it separate boxes? To save money? Won’t order to go again.
