The crew is truly useless in the 20 minutes I’ve been in the store, they had messed up 4 orders and messed up a snack wrap twice. Truly unacceptable with 4 minimum crew members. The manager let the line back up and rather than helping the cashier she went and moved fry’s which ended up coming out cold anyway.

They got our order wrong and said they gave it to the car in front of us, then gave us grief as if it was our fault. They asked us repeatedly what our order was and to pull off to the side. A few minutes later, worker comes outside and asks us again for our order, then asks for a receipt for proof. We waited 20 minutes MORE only for us to have to go inside for our order. THEN we get home and the order is still wrong!!!!!!! 1st time I've been to this location in years, and it's a reminder to never go back! Who orders Hotcakes and Sausage and gets NO SAUSAGE???! ME!!!! and it sucked!!!!

We always love coming to this location. Even though the line was to the street; they were so quick, our food was fresh, and they were so kind even with all the chaos.
Horrible 30 min wait in the drive thru after ordering on the app. Unreal. People just don't work or even care anymore. Don't recommend any of the mcdonalds in pueblo. Seems to be a common problem

Every single drink i get from here is not even close to being full. I have gotten into the habit of asking them for the 4 ounces of soda they are trying to short me at the window. Please stop being shiesty and recalibrate your machine to properly fill your cups. This is classified as theft.

Getting this store to care about DoorDash orders is a challenge. Every single order they say it is 10-12 minutes away from being complete. Even when there is absolutely no one there or in the drive thru. Even if the people only order one item. The Dash part of DoorDash means ready and available to pick up quickly.

It’s was an “EMDS” I was down to the change n my drink holder. Probably ¢0.34. Times are get rough. Then I remember that I have rewards in the app. Life saver for sure. Crispy chicken sandwich was just the thing….Dang can I get water with this please, can’t afford a coke. Still awesome when you realize that you ain’t completely out of options. Thanks again McDs.
