It’s was an “EMDS” I was down to the change n my drink holder. Probably ¢0.34. Times are get rough. Then I remember that I have rewards in the app. Life saver for sure. Crispy chicken sandwich was just the thing….Dang can I get water with this please, can’t afford a coke. Still awesome when you realize that you ain’t completely out of options. Thanks again McDs.

Since when do restaurants lock the lobby doors to wipe down tables? I am a delivery driver and get a bunch of flak when I pull into the drive thru to grab a delivery order and more than half the time I'm forced to go through the drive-thru just to get the workers to acknowledge that the delivery driver is here to pick up an order plus every time I do go into this location there is a long line of customers in the lobby and nobody tending to any of the customers in the lobby they're just focused on all their drive-thru orders and sometimes either the shift manager or the manager themselves will yell out to the customers in the lobby to use the kiosk but nobody wants to use the kiosk we want to talk to an actual person to get the order correct good luck if you're a delivery driver because if you go in to pick up the order you'll be standing there at least 20-25 minutes just to be told that they're still working on it something that all the locations have been doing is they don't even start working on the doordash or any third-party apps order until the driver arrives making us wait even longer I don't know but this location and the location on Northern avenue are just terrible with their service.

We went at 2pm on a Sunday, fairly slow and we ordered a large Dr. Pepper and a medium Carmel frappe. For some reason, get parked when we get to the window? And then proceed to wait 15 mins for 2 drinks which I don’t understand? Called the store phone to see what the hold up was and lady that answered it was rude as hell to my girlfriend. Definitely don’t go here just to get some drinks I guess that’s too hard for them to make.
I'm a person who thinks that you should get what you paid for. This has happened to me now 4 times now. I have ordered the double Big Mac. But when I get to work, it is a regular big mac. Shame on me for thinking that I can trust people to do what is right. I will be going out of my way now and going to a different hamburger place since it is too much to ask to get what I paid for.

I wouldn’t even give a star if it was an option. This place is AWFUL! My husband ordered just hamburger patties with cheese. Well the first order they messed up didn’t have cheese so he took them back. After taking back the order (pretty confident it’s a health code violation to take orders back through the window) they took the patties and added buns to his “JUST PATTIES” order. We waited till the next morning. We kept them my husbands not able to eat all the bread from the buns, I was blown away at how unprofessional the MANAGER was. Not only did she NOT apologize for their screw up but she insisted on how they were doing us a favor by not charging us for something my husband didn’t order AND then let my husband know to NOT return to the store. I don’t even know what to say exempt how unprofessional and poorly managed this place is. We don’t eat out a lot but we’re going to go by what the manager says and not return. Please save your money or go to a different McDonalds. These people clearly don’t care and feel like their doing you a favor by charging you for what you asked for

We had to repeat out order of 4 burgers and 4 fries about six times to the woman taking orders for her to get it rung in. Then we were parked to wait for the food, which they still got wrong. Then we had to go back around to finally get it replaced. On top of the burgers being wrong the fries were severely under-filled and cold. No way will my family ever be returning to this place. I mean I get it, this isn’t a sit-down restaurant, or even higher end fast food, but come on, at the very least give the customer all the food they paid for.

I got there for breakfast and I went inside and stood there for over five mins waiting for someone to take my order , the manager looked right at me and didn’t even ask if I had been helped !!! When someone FINALLY took my order they did so with attitude . Then I sat there for 14 mins waiting on my food !!!! I ordered at 10:01 and didn’t get my food till 10:15 just to come home and be missing items !! This place is lost it’s way
