350 construction workers pass this place at about 10 till 6 every morning. We have all learned not to even attempt to stop. They either arent open at all or lie to you about why they can serve you. Had them tell me they couldnt give me a breakfast burrito and coffee because thir griddle was down. CHANGE YOUR HOURS OF OPERATION OR FIRE PEOPLE

You only get half a slice of cheese on the fish filet, sure would be nice if they put on the fish on not just include it in the box, I guess some assembly required.

They are bad at curbside ordering waited 1hour for drinks and a Lil bit of food. The person who retook my order was nice.
But they didn't listen I wanted no ice in any of my drinks. So literally got half the liquid I paid for and wasted over an hour of my time. Today October 22nd 2024 5pm-6:30pm

So here's the issue, this is the second time I went through today giving them another chance and both times the food was microwaved. And believe me I know what microwaved food tastes like. And don't give me that crap you don't have a microwave and you call it a bun warmer it's still a microwave. Additionally they're always parking people in the Drive-Thru even for single combos. I hope you're not actually using those stats to claim that you're the fastest in the quick service industry because that's a lie. I will not be back and I'm contemplating going with the many other fast food options that are equally expensive but higher quality.

The restaurant closed early, I didn't know until I had got there at 10pm with a mobile order. I went to the window to see if the speaker was broken was greeted by confused employees. They grabbed their manager Joseph and this kid was amazing. He spoke respectfully and did everything he could to make the issue right. Based off this experience I will recommend this McDonalds.
The night shift is very sweet and kind I really appreciate them

Stepped out to treat the kids with an ice cream cone. One of the girls wanted her cone chocolate dipped. I wasn't sure that they did that and when I asked the guy who was waiting on us, he had absolutely no clue. Saying, I don't know, I don't know how to make ice cream cones... wow really!? You'd think the response would be, "hold on a sec let me find out..." Or maybe just ask someone else to wait on us. Instead he chose to argue. Come on now, it's not rocket science, it's a McDonald's ice cream cone! The manager (I think he was the manager) came up and took care of what turned into an uncomfortable situation. Actually it was all rather hilarious and pathetic at the same time that this grown man chose to deal with a child's request in such a manner. I'm thinking that maybe more training is needed, as this individual clearly doesn't know how to deal with such perplexing requests! And that's all I have to say about that.
