Dont waste your time. With only a few cars in the parking lot and a few cars in the drive thru, it took 20 minutes to get food. Four vehicles that ordered after me got multiple bags of their food before my order. This place is also horrible regarding customer service.

Well first of all.., I want to be honest about the times that I have spent at the Pueblo Mc'D's . I used to take my kids and my daycare children there and we really enjoyed our time together there but times have changed and it's not the same anymore it's like the service isn't up to par , I feel like the McDonald's employees don't care how they put out the meals to us paying customers,I ordered a Big Mac meal and one of my buns had the sauce on it but it was so sloppy and I sandwich wreceived I'm so sorry but I do want to be totally honest with you all.

Haven't been to this location in a while. I don't make it to the end of town often. However, I'm glad to see everything is running and tasting like it should. The location is a little small in the dining area, I was able to be easily identified and called by name ordering through the app which was a nice touch. Food was hot tasty and orderly. I ventured with the steak option for a breakfast muffin and I suggest even if you like steak, stick with the breakfast meats for breakfast. You won't regret missing out on that one I promise.

Sloppy and shitty 😒 fix the drive thu order box and get better training for your employees to better deal with customers. I work in fast food for 30 years (wendys) I love a big Mac extra Mac sauce. I didn't even get Mac sauce last time I ordered. No cheese on it one patty 4 buns I was already at home I would have returned.

This place is absolutely outrageous I got a double quarter pounder and got the bottom of two buns on the bottom and top and I only got 1 patty they barely gave me any fries with my medium fry 0/10 do not recommend
