Absolute joke of a location, 14 minute wait with no one in front of me, even after the LONG wait the order was wrong. I ordered 1 quarter pounder and they managed to get it wrong. I know it's just fast food but come on, do your damn job!

I got parked for 4pc nugget,
Then I got back in drive thru for my husband and was parked for a BIG MAC. GM… come on! Do your job your crew shouldn’t be parking every car.
All those ppl on the clock milking labor and y’all struggling to get orders out..???!?

I was doing a Doordash order, and they took forever with the car in front of me for only 4 items. Which took roughly 10-15 minutes. When I pulled up, the young guy took another person's order, then completely ignored the window and then picked up his phone and started texting, and snapping a SnapChat photo, while waiting and watching him do this.. so, I snapped a photo of him being on the phone while I'm trying to get the order!! The girl who ended up coming to the window made an excuse by pointing at the order screen and saying they are short staffed. That's no excuse to keeping the drive thru held up, when it wasn't busy due to the snow! Hold your employees accountable and enforce a rule to not be on your phone while on the clock! Where is the manager during these times? Super unprofessional. When I was leaving, the young guy waved excitedly on me leaving after telling them something, and being concerned on why being on the phone is more important than doing your job.. Managers, please do something about this. This affect doordash delivery ratings and your store ratings. Hope things get better and hope this photo helps with resolving conflicts.

Customer service is lacking horribly. Hardly anyone is friendly. The food is as good as it can be with fast food. Staff needs to say tank you and smile.

Drive through girl had no clue nor would she listen to me. Breakfast sandwich wrong only hot a coffee even though I ordered milk. No excuse put competent people at the window .

The manager was rude. After standing in front of register a few minutes. ( while 3 people didn’t acknowledge me) the manager yelled from the fry station to use the kiosk because the register was closed. Then walked around with the other manager as if on break. They were not busy and acted rude for unknown reasons. Food was cold. Would never go again.

Horrible customer service. Waited in line inside for over 15 mins. There was a female long hair at the window and another gentleman infront and another guy at the window. They all kept complaining how they all hated their job. Wasn’t moving too fast or urgent. Waited like 15 mins like I said No one said hey we’ll be right with you. I was the only one in line besides a 2 other people who had door dash orders I spoke up for myself and said hey is anyone up front and she came up with the biggest attitude saying the guy was but is busy. I said well least someone could acknowledge I’ve been standing here. She was rolling her eyes jus very hostile and I just said never mind and left because after an encounter like that can’t trust anyone with your food. Definitely understand maybe the drive thru was busy but inside it wasn’t. Least acknowledge your customers. McDonald’s pays pretty good to get horrible customer service. Came over to another one since my child only wanted to play and got helped instantly and they were much busier. Do better Bonforte.
