Sent my dad to pick up a mobile order for me and when he got back we were missing two large soft drinks and a large frappe. Also, the fries were stale and my burger had onions. Also, he told me when he pulled up to the speaker they told him they'd be right with him and it was 20 mins until the actually took his order.

We show up at 1:45 after our child’s soccer game. He’s looking forward to playing and letting out his remaining energy. Just to be kicked out because of “mandatory cleaning” at 2 o clock. So as a business, you pick the busiest time of day to do your cleaning? Sounds like you’re just trying to get rid of customers. Change your routine, or lose customers. Idc either way.

Manager was stupid rude today. We order our food table side and when I walked up to get our food (Honestly don’t mind, but I ordered for it to be delivered to the table) 6min after ordering and got cold soggy fries. I asked for new fries and the manager said, “We were calling for you that is why they are cold”.No hon. They were cold cause the quality you served was as atrocious as your attitude. I can get hot fries and make it home with still warm fries 10minutes away.Only one crew member any type of customer service and you berated her for it. Hope she quits and finds a place worthy of her service.

Dude….McDonald’s was founded in 1940….nineteenFREAKIN forty!!! Making FAST food iconic. This location by default “can I have you park in such and such spot” customer after customer…..you guys SUCK! Get it together. Seriously. Y’all’s hourlies complain about wage…but for what?! You guys don’t even earn your checks. Service my left foot….may as well go to Bingo Burger and spend 3x the amount.
