Country kitchen

All the employees are very helpful and friendly. The play area needs AC uts currently 84 outside and it feels cooler outside than in the play area. The dinning room is cold why not the play area where kids are running. Every kid was red faced dripping sweat and complaining about the heat.

Terrible service! Went in tonight around 6pm. Girl at the register acted annoyed having to take my order then when she handed me my receipt I told her thank you and she said nothing back and went back towards the kitchen. When I got my order the fries were tossed in the bag upside down and were spilled in the bag, the container for the nuggets wasn't closed it was just tossed in there. Fries were undercooked. Makes a guy wonder if they really care when they handle your food? I won't be coming back to this location again.

graveyard needs to get it together!!! upper management is too busy about what morning shift is doing they don't care to think about graveyard!! Food is always cold, employees are always outside smoking, food is never made correctly. Just an overall sad experience.

graveyard manager seriously needs to be replaced. This manager is failing to make sure old product is discarded, not monitoring their crew members, not checking if orders are correct. General manager needs to make better decisions.

There is a lady just screaming at the workers and been waiting for 30+ both burgers were raw still pink....still waiting 2/12/26 I'll let you know if they ever make the food right....lady they only get 15.16 an hour....lol raw again that's three times

12:30am or 12:40am I went to get an online order of which over half the order was missing just not in the bag, and we were given unprofessionalism of which I havent seen in a long time. after the order was half way corrected we after leaving realized they forgot one of the items requested to be fixed was still missing.

I ordered and when I told the staff about more than half my order being wrong I got plenty of attitude! I was respectful anf just told them I was missing more than 3 items and got attitude from an associate. Completely unprofessional!

The only complaint I have is when I forget to call ahead and instead drive over there wanting a milkshake just to be told their “shake machine is down!” ??? Really?? It’s always down. Then I go to Wendy’s and buy a frosty!! Funny how their machine isn’t ever “down” and Mac Donald’s almost always is.
