Young lady by the name of Samantha was very rude. Very poor customer service. On 11-28-25. The manager on duty at the time did not seem to have much more of a better attitude.

Every time I've gone to this location there's always a long drive thru line staggered all over from the different entrances. However they have improved a lot as far as speed and accuracy. Quality could be better temperature wise but I'm happy to have better experiences than previously.

Spent over $60 in food and this is what I got looked like they dipped the whole box in rib sauce somebody was having more than a bad day did the best to clean it up but too upset to eat

Literally here right now and I've been here for 40 minutes and have yet to receive my food. There was some homeless guy trying to get warm in the bathroom and everyone pretty much stopped what they were doing to get him out.. at least feed the people who are here that ordered and paid.. didn't apologize for my inconvenience, offer anything complimentary for my wait.. absolutely nothing.

Aaaaa where do i start? First time i ever been charged for bbq sauce when its clearly free in the app. It was not any of the sauces that are extra its literally free uet manager refused my mobile order w bbq sauce and made me go up to the xounter to charge me not for the bbq sauce which is clearly free on the receipt but charged me 81 cents for misc sauce. Absolutely absurd. I have over 80k bonus points and eat here alot so im stunned that this has never happened to me before... Just an update just went back to see if problem was fixed? It wasnt and didmt get the monopoly tickets for our large drinks.. what a rip off..

Counters at drive through were filthy. So much so, that the bag with our food was sticky on the bottom with pink stuff. Red Bull can was laying on its side. Why? You don't serve Red Bull. The employee at the food pickup window seemed mad and she was really unhappy when I asked for a napkin and salt. I got a single napkin and a straw. I repeated my request and she kept the straw and did not give me salt.
I was told by the cashier that they are required to give customers their receipt. I've never been told that by McDs. What are you guys going to do to customers for refusing to take our receipt? I didn't take mine.
The team seemed disorganized and stressed out. The cashier kept sticking her head out the window looking at the food pick up line, which seemed to be having problems.

Ordered two ice cream cones was handed one and told to park and wait for the other one. 30 minutes later never got it and I cant just get down with screaming toddlers in the back. Tried calling and their phone is disconnected lol go figure
