I went through the drive through this afternoon, and the staff member that took my order was very nice, the staff member that took my money was nice, my complaint would be with the fact that while I was paying for my food, all I could hear was the manager yelling and cursing at staff members in the back. It doesn’t at all seem “professional” to me. Staff members are human too and do not need to be treated that way.

When y’all have a sick employee send them home… does the manager not know there food safety?????? Might want to check on that always sick people coughing all over inside spreading stuff to compromised people is a big thing get a grip… oh and washing the hands nasty……..

I drive all the way from Pueblo West to this location, I never have issues. The manager, Jason, is on his game, dresses sharp and has excellent customer service!

It went horribly. They threw away my property and then claimed that we were in there for over an hour. We were there for 15 minutes. Not only that security were on their side even with proof. I told my lawyer, my attorney, and my judge about what happened and they looked at security. They are getting ready to shut this place down. Not only that, they getting ready to go over and arrest some people. If y'all don't want that, I highly recommend an apology, a refund, and free food.

Utter incompetence. The GM of this location should be embarrassed and fired. We all know the game you play on window times but when food goes missing and you can't find a ticket for it, that's unacceptable.

Stopped here with 40+ students for dinner on the drive back from a school ski trip at Winter Park. Marissa, Lorena, Nathan, and the whole crew handled our huge group perfectly—took our order quickly and got all the food out fast. Impressive service under pressure. Will definitely stop again next time. Highly recommend.

I tried to order a medium size value meal. They told me it wasn't available in medium because they didn't have medium size cups or something that I had to order it all separately. Asked if I would accept a large and I asked him if I had to pay for a large and he said well yeah and I said well no and then he said hold on. Let me do this, then continued to ring up each item individually and then were able to ring up everything separately including the medium size that I originally wanted ??? So I can order it all separately but I can't order it as a value meal??
EDIT: CAME BACK TO SAY THAT I'M TIRED OF CORPORATE GREED. INSTEAD OF GIVING ME MY FULL CHANGE BACK THEY SHORTED ME $0.04 BECAUSE THEY WERE OUT OF PENNIES THEY COULD HAVE GIVEN ME A NICKEL AND LOST OUT ON A PENNY BUT INSTEAD THEY MADE ME LOSE OUT ON $0.04 SONS. SURE $0.04 ISN'T A BIG DEAL BUT $0.04 TIMES APPROXIMATELY $1,500 CUSTOMERS THEY SEE DAILY THAT'S $60. NOT TO MENTION THE FACT THAT THE SAME SIZE BREAKFAST BURRITO THAT I COULD HAVE BOUGHT A FEW YEARS AGO FOR A DOLLAR IS NOW $3. 🤬

Only giving one star to give this review. I went through the drive through and ordered a number 9 Meal with an apple pie when I got to eat the food it was the complete wrong order they gave me a hot and spicy and chicken nuggets no apple pie. When I called the staff member who answered the phone was rude and said that there is nothing they can do because I don't have a receipt. So now I paid for food I didn't get and I was really wanting the apple pie. Even got my drink wrong after the lady at the window stated it was the drink I ordered.

Frys are the best and the employees were fast and communication was great 👍, some locations have the workers yelling over each other but not here, Hot frys and fast service here.
