Mi Ranchito Mexican Restaurant “The Original”

My enchiladas corn tortillas were steamed not fried then baked. They were mushy. The side order of chicharones were cold not fried adequately no taste they were big huge hard to chew pieces October 5th 2025

When in there for the very first time could not even get help with service the girl in front was very rude I was complaining about how bad her head hurt and that's why she was acting rude a very uncalled for and not very good food at all

Do not order a margarita here. Got one and it was nothing but syrup. Could not even drink it.

i ordered for pick up a menudo i just loved it!!! i have been trying different restaurants for really good menudo i finally found it and it had patas and flavor was all in there thank you, La Senora Gonzalez de pueblo west

Pretty good spot if you’re in the area. Standard Colorado-Mexican fare. Staff is friendly and they have a pretty good selection overall.

Went in for dinner restaurant was pretty empty got sat pretty quick , drinks and order was taken fairly quick . But Took a while to get our food it looked like it was sitting there for a while our plates did not look appealing what so ever . The server from another table brought us our food and made a comment how our food got back logged ! Whatever that meant . Food was disgusting our waitress never came back to check on Us and one of our burritos had a huge chunk of fat which at that point grossed me out and we got up and left. Food and service used to be so good used to go there frequently . After today we will never be back again ,

I have only been to this restaurant 3 time and 2 of the 3 times the service and food have been horrible! Portion sizes were so small it wouldn’t feed a toddler. The rice was so hard we couldn’t eat it. Prices are a little high for what small amounts of food they give. The service was absolutely horrible. Our waitress pointed us to a table and took our order and that was the last we saw of her. We had to bother another waitress for more water and boxes to go after waiting for 20 min to get boxes. Will most definitely not be going back. Do better Mi Ranchito. If I could give a negative star I would..

My server (never seen her before) I think they have new staff which is very welcome because I’ve had some not so great experiences with the servers previously. I’ll definitely be back if the improvements continue :). The food is great. I had the shrink cocktail and some pozole. My sister had the buffet. Great options and affordable. We will be back. Their margaritas are so tasty

Hubby and I came here for lunch. It’s our first to dine in this restaurant. Hubby got a burrito plate and it has the burrito, mexican rice, beans, and fried potatoes. Hubby also added an egg, over medium. I had the Milanesa plate, which has the milanesa, rice, beans, and some chopped lettuce and tomatoes. We also ordered the sopapilla.
food: we both loved our food. we ate every bit of it. I loved my milanesa. the sopapilla sa thicker than what I prefer, but it was still good, I just didn’t finish it.
Service: the server was friendly and was proactive in giving options, like asking if my husband would like a side of fresno chilis to make his dish even hotter; he loved it. Our food was served in a timely manner and it was served hot, which made the food even tastier.
Ambiance: It was cool inside. the place has table and booth seating. we sat at the booth which was very comfortable.
Restroom: the restroom was clean.
Parking: There’s ample free parking. We were even pulling a travel trailer, and it was a lunchtime on a Monday, and we were still able to get in, park, and get out without any issues.
I highly recommend this place!

There was a band playing and it was loud and they went from table to table twice. That don't need to happen you can hear it everywhere in the restaurant.
