I love how they use white meat chicken in their enchiladas, no bones or anything sorry but a lot of place that’s how it is lol. Not this place the texture was amazing. I will be back many times!!! For other things on the menu as well my boyfriend’s steak fajitas looked amazing we discovered they put squash and zucchini the mix of the vegetables. So delicious. Would recommend!

2 out of 3 of us got food poisoning. Very bland food. No spice, no heat. Got 1/2 and 1/2 green chili, absolutely the blandest, non heat green chili I've ever ate in Pueblo. Salsa had no salt or heat to it. Not sure if we got food poisoning from the chicken or from the green chili. We will never eat here again. Food was horrible.

I don't know what happened from last spring to now but the food is terrible. I asked for deep fried Chile rellenos and received soggy, extremely bland ones. The actual chile I couldn't even cut with a knife, it just shredded and was chewy is only way I can explain it. Yuck. The rellenos, the beans and rice were all very bland.I will say though, our waiter was great but food needs huge improvement.
Mi Ranchito use to be a darn good restaurant, however it went way down hill. The worst green chili I've ever had. They also treat their loyal customers like we are nothing, sorry to say they charge way to much for lousy food. After they brought in the new management it went way down hill.

Delicious Latin cuisines that are a mix of little bit Mexicali/Tex-Mex flavors that are finger-licking to the soul! If you are in the Pueblo area you must try this place. The service is great and the servers are very down to earth.

Their Chicken flautas were very good. And the smothered tamale was very good. My husband's shrimp cocktail was good The only thing wrong was it had way too much tomatos. But other than that we really enjoyed our food. I usually don't eat out cause I'm very picky but I enjoyed our little lunch date. All employees were very respectful.

Good food, large servings, reasonable prices. Popular so there was a wait to get seated and the food was a little slow but worth it.

We were recommended to go here and I’m so glad. Great service, amazing food with a well varied menu, clean bathrooms, and an overall relaxing environment compared to some restaurants. Will definitely be back soon. P.S. don’t leave without getting the fried ice cream.
