Miyake Japanese Restaurant

They never answer calls for to go orders like ever. It’s annoying. Update a year later and I gave it another chance. Called 8 times and kept being hung up on. Went down there and told the woman at the counter and asked if there phones not working and that someone kept answering and hanging up,& she just looked at me. Didn’t say oh I’m sorry about that or anything so she definitely was intentionally doing it. She had a horrible attitude. It’s not like they were busy , there was one table in the whole place. Placed my order then and there for to go. Spent 80$. She said 15-20 mins. I went to the store , came back at 30 minutes, place was still dead and my food was not ready and had to wait another 15 mins. I hope the manager/ owner realizes their wait staff are costing them a lot in sales for to go orders because they don’t wanna do their job and answer the phone and how rudely they treat customers. I gave it two chances and I will not give it a third. Sushi is average and the service is terrible and I’ve heard so many other people say the same thing about calling in orders and how rude they are.

Sushi was awesome! My teacher works there during the summer, shoutout to Mark, and the food was so good. Wish I could convince my parents to go there again. 20 stars out of 5

Miyake has to be the most unauthentic sushi restaurant in Pueblo. And I’m certain that their tempura is not fresh at all. Customer service was pretty unimpressive to.

They are closed till the July 7th, 2025. Wish they would update their hours on google before I wasted time driving over all the way over there.

Sushi was pretty darn good!
Ladies up front were super friendly and helpful.
Ordered take-out but notice the tables are pretty sticky while we waited for our order.
It took about 10min for them to make us 3 sushi rolls. FYI

Miyake is hands-down the BEST SUSHI in Pueblo! Fresh fish woven into creative and delicious rolls...and the fried squid is truly memorable. Alicia is a fantastic server! There is plenty of parking, and prices are reasonable.
If I had one suggestion, it would be to get rid of the space-sucking teppanyaki grills that don't work and put in more booths!

First time here, went with co-workers for a special lunch. Was delicious! Egg rolls were yummy. Beef Bento with Tempura veggies and shrimp so crunchy and good. Tasted the mexican sushi roll, wow it was good and the fried cheesecake... wow
Service could not have been better, friendly and fast. Thanks for lunch!

Table was a little dirty and sticky the sushi’s rolls looked like they where just thrown together with most of the sauce on the plate with small portions I was also sick after eating there I’m disappointed they used to be great food and prices suggest change in place or take money elsewhere!!!!!!

Worst customer service! My husband and I went at 7:31 and they refused to serve us because they stopped taking tables at 7:30 because they close at 8pm. Wouldn't even let us take out an order....I guess there lost for ever getting our business.
