Food was good and the waitress was friendly!
I just got a large bowl to go and the man who runs the grill (an owner I think) said “what the hell??” when he picked up my bowl to cook it. I wasn’t sure I heard right, so I said “I’m sorry?” He proceeded to say it again. And as he pours the food on the grill, he says “take all of my food!” Now, I had only filled the bowl up 2/3 of the way with meat and veggies, filling it the rest of the way with rice noodles. Yes, the noodles went up about 2-3 inches over the top of the bowl. But once everything is cooked, the bowl is usually only 2/3 full. So getting that reaction from him after paying $18.99 on this serve yourself line is insulting. The noodles are the cheapest item, a that’s what you’re going to throw a fit about. I don’t come here very often anymore, because it’s not exactly a friendly experience. I I love the food, so I come back once a month or so. I won’t be coming back ever again and definitely won’t be recommending it. If they want to control the amount you get, they need to prepare it themselves.
It just wasn't that good...meat was tuff.. pretty much tasteless
Worst experience at a restaurant by far. While chewing my food I bit down on a piece of glass. Thankfully, I didn’t swallow it. I also saw the cook blowing his nose with a napkin, then wiping it with his bare fingers. He walked directly to the grill and started cooking without washing his hands. I could hear the owner talking loudly in the back how it was impossible to have found glass in my food. Luckily I took a picture. Disgusting place. I do not recommend.
No so good I would no go. Find something else
Way too. Pricey, food was all right. Service was really bad. When I made a comment about the price. The lady went and told the other person and they started laughing. It's more like $20 per person, and that's the way they need to advertise, not 10 to 20 false advertising.
When it first opened back in 2008-2010 this was a popular hang out. It was only $11 for a large bowl and medium $8. Really cheap and worth the price. The only way to make the bowl fill to the top was to fill the meat and veggies to half way of the bowl. Then stack the noodles high and add 6 scoops of each sauce you wanted to make it thick and flavorful. The owners got mad and upset but it was the only way to make it fill to the top and you can actually taste the sauce lol 😆. Sorry for all the stress to the owners but it is one of my favorite Mongolian places even better than the HuHot chain they have in Denver. I haven't discovered any other locations like this one. Now it seems run down and prices are high hopefully they get back to being busy like they use to be.
Good food and great service
Strange smell upon entering. The “ingredients” seemed old . Money not well spent. Be your own judge.

The smell of this place alone told me everything I needed to know about the food I was going to get. 😞

The food was good however it's very dirty and out dated. Our waitress was very nice. The meat and vegetable station was clean but the sauce station was very dirty not just from the day it was very dirty from not being cleaned daily. The walls and floor were dirty. Very cluttered on one side of restaurant. I think little over priced.

Extremely dirty. When we first walked in we noticed a weird smell. Then as we sat down we seen food crumbs all over the floor. The walls were very dirty like they’ve never been cleaned. We ordered our drinks and the waitress was a bit rude and when the waitress brought out our drinks the tray was extremely dirty and our silverware was touching the dirty tray. I then went to drink from my water cup and noticed it had food floaters in it. My mother and i had ordered the pho but we walked out in the middle of them making the food because of how filthy it was. I do not recommend it to anyone, very shocked about how expensive the food was and for the owners to not care how dirty it is in there

Food was good until I spotted this dead fly in my spring roll ? I’m not sure how I feel about going back now. Enjoyed the main dish, but the place itself is very very dirty. Smelled funky.
Very rude staff. The food stays out all day. After the poor service I ended up with food poisoning.
