I ordered the shrimp pho And shrimp Spring rolls. I gave it a 3. Because I had to clean my shrimp myself. They still had the poop shoots in them and I don't like having to clean my food before I have to eat it. I then had to take my Spring rolls apart. And do the same with the shrimp that was in the Spring rolls. Because they were not cleaned out. I personally don't want to eat the poop of anything. So this is why I gave it a 3 on food. Maybe I'm just used to getting spoiled at another pho place that I go to in the Springs which is absolutely amazing. No complaint. Whatsoever .

I absolutely love this restaurant, such a simple concept yet no one else does it quite as well as they do! The owner always remembers me when I come, been going since I was a teen and now she’s seen me get married and have a kid. All of which love the food just as much as I do!

This place was amazing. The workers there are all so amazing and food was so delicious. I used to go to similar places in the springs and denver but this is by far the best Asian food restaurant I've been to.

The pho was ok. Broth didn’t have a lot of flavor. They don’t have sriracha or hoisin sauce or anything to put in the broth. Good amount of noodles and meat in it though. My tea was lukewarm.Tofu spring rolls are good so is the peanut sauce. My niece enjoyed the Mongolian dumplings. The correct boba is still not at the table 38 minutes later.I asked about it once and they brought the wrong one at the 35 minute mark. The waiter seemed overwhelmed and under trained. The lady working was rude and short. The man cooking at the round grill seemed friendly, he was apologizing and bringing people things. No soap in the bathroom.Food all over the floor. Not cleanly by any means. All in all the experience was not great. I drove over an hour to take my sister out to eat and this is the experience we ended up with.

Don't get me wrong the staff was incredibly nice. But, 38 dollars for 2 medium bowls and 2 teas is way too much for such low quality food and dirty bowls and plates. I wouldn't go back for a second time. The wait staff was very professional, it's just a shame about the quality of food and cleanliness.

Food was decent. Service was acceptable. However, the food buffet area really needed to be cleaned regularly. It looked like messes created by customers weren't being immediately cleaned. Only two people working that we could see, but only 10 customers, at 630pm, on a Saturday night. There must certainly be some down time to clean the buffet. We were curious why this Mongolian Grill was not all-you-can-eat, like other restaurants of a similar style. We paid over $45.00 +tip, for two people to have the "large bowl" each and a couple of drinks. That's a little unreasonable, I think.

Food is good, but within the framework that this is like the Asian food version of subway. Lots of options, food seemed fresh aside from the bean sprouts (they do go bad very quickly). Fast and tasty. Boba lychee smoothie was too sweet and not enough lychee flavor for my personal taste. Restaurant itself is a bit grungy and sticky inside. Staff was friendly and helpful.

I'm of the firm opinion that the average rating for this place is the right rating. Very confused by the 4 and 5 star reviews and somewhat understanding of the 2 star ones. It is by far not the best mongolian grill I've been to -- but I mean, there aren't that many of these things around, are there? Let's take this chronologically. I was excited to discover that this place existed as we were driving north on 25 to Denver and happened to be passing Pueblo around lunchtime. The fact that it's super accessible from the highway made it ideal. When we walked in, I almost walked out. The entire restaurant smelled like bathroom. Literally like I had walked into a bathroom. I have to assume that this is unusual. I was surprised people were actively eating. We wandered over to the food/ingredients line to see if our noses would adapt and to check out the situation. The food looked good. All the vegetables looked fresh, didn't see any wilting. The freeze-dried rolls of meat were still appropriately freeze dried and not melting into a pile of meat goo like at some places. Ok. Food - check. We got a table and came back to the food line. This place charges by size-of-bowl (I've seen some charge by weight or be AYCE) and you can tell the regulars because they KNOW how to fill a bowl. If your bowl is not overflowing to the point of nearly toppling over, you will not get back a full bowl of cooked food. I was only middling hungry so my mid-sized bowl merely heaped. I especially liked the sauce bar. Quite an extensive selection of sauces, with all the usual things plus some extras. I can imagine as a regular you could have a really good time exploring different combinations. Alas, not for me as it's unlikely we'll find our way out here again anytime soon. The food was good. The service was good. If the eating-in-a-bathroom thing weren't so distracting, I'd be saying four stars.

The owners definitely put their everything into this place. When we went it just seemed to be the two of them without any support staff. They were busting their butts serving everyone and making sure everyone was taken care of. Despite being so busy they were still very friendly and their customer service was outstanding. The food was pretty good too.
