The proprietor, upon first glance, looked to me like heād be a bit gruff, but it turns out that couldnāt be further from the truth; he was warm, polite, and welcoming. I came in for breakfast, and there was no wait. I got my food very quickly after I placed my order, and it was delicious. The other reviews that cite great food and great service are dead-on. If I lived in the area, Iād be a regular.

Ordered slopper; was horrid; couldn't cut; smothered chili was actually thick gravy; fries were not cooked thru; somewhat raw. Cook said she had to make chili for my order; took five to 10 minutes. Made gravy; not chili. Waitresses were very friendly; Southern gals trying to made Southwestern chili.
I have never been here but my family came here to eat before we hit the pumpkin patch, we came in and got sat but the table was not cleaned the gal said sheād be right back to clean it there was food and trash on the table Food on the floor it was very gross. Waiter came to take our order while the lady who sat us was busy talking to customers that were already done with their meal, the gal had a 20 min conversation before coming to us asking if she could get us anything when my husband told her the other gal got our order she gave us a sad face and said awe let me get your drinks he said she already did then asked her to wipe our take down after she watched me wipe the table down when she was to busy with her 20 min conversation. She came back with a rag and I just was so done the lady behind me was hitting me with her chair because they have to many tables and chairs inside it was very very uncomfortable here and even tho I didnāt try the food Iām glad we left. We will Not come back

Quality of food has been increasingly declining over the past several months. Service is what is to be expected for a small establishment. However, the kicker that has sealed our decision to never return after being a loyal customer for many years is that we were 1000% duped on the green chili being roasted outside. We were told not to go to the farm for roasting because they were running 2 hours behind (not true). So we obliged because we trusted this family name. Wrong choice! Purchased two full bushels and brought home to find out they were all red over ripened green chili and way over roasted. They were complete garbage mush when we started to process and bag them.
We called Mussoās farm and were informed that although they are related by family, the farm is NOT affiliated with the restaurant nor the āMussoāsā roasting chili outside of the restaurant!
