Pork and avocado takeout burritos weren’t worth the price. Pork flavor was terrible and the avocado used was store bought. I was expecting authentic Mexican food. For a dinner you are lucky to get a spoon full of ice and beans. Not worth the price. fNacho’s is not what it used to be. Used to be my go to place . Not so much these days .

The restaurant itself is pretty dated to say the least. The food was really good - however, No Substitutions? You have to pay for Chips & Salsa? You get refills without ice, and use the ice in your original glass? Again, the food was great, but me thinks the owners are on the El Cheapo side. I hadn't eaten there in decades, but we were on that side of town because of the Frijole Festival, and we circled back because Cactus Flower was absolutely packed! Things to consider.

My wife has cancer that spread to her spine. She required back surgery a few months ago to get her back up and walking. When we dine out she requires soft seating. She requires a brace and is still in alot of pain. When we tried to sit in a booth they told us we had to sit in a table. I explained why we couldn't and there was no care or concern to make accommodations so we had to leave.

I went to a surprise party for my niece. Nachos has a nice area upstairs for a private parties. It has its own restaurant is attached and there is a bar upstairs. The stairs, little self are a little rough for an older crowd.

Worst service ever. Our server did not come check on us. She did not fill our drinks. She passed our table up to ask the table next to us if they needed anything. She only came to our table to give us our bill. She did not give us the correct change. The food was gross and rubbery. We will NEVER go back.

Waitress Penelope was not attentive, we would have liked refills on our drinks. She didn't check on us once. They tried overcharging us. Service was awful.

I haven't been to this place in at least 3 or 4 years because my last experience was terrible there because my boyfriend told me that the waitress that waited on us charged him double!
Been going to Nachos for years. The food quality has gone downhill. So much so, we returned our chips and salsa. The chips tasted like sawdust. We ordered chicken taquitos and were served beef tacos. When asked we were told we should have asked for gorditos and what was served was in fact taquitos. The fried corn shell was folded in half and had beef and lettuce in it. Looked like 🌮... The stuffed sopapilla was good but didn't care for the thick dough of the sopapilla and it was not stuffed with beef and beans as requested. Just ground beef. The tab was $80 plus tip for 2 entres and three drinks. The food and service is not up to this standard.

Not sure if you are having your cooks wear nets or pull hair back… made a to go order, and my husband and myself both had a hair in our food. Hours of operation (business) say they close at 8:00 PM. However, I called to place a to go order and was told I MUST arrive at 7:30 to get it picked up. I’m confused, are the owners too cheap to pay their employees to close the restaurant after 8:00 PM? If you state that you are operating business until 8:00 PM, then you should take business until 8 :00 PM. I don’t see how restaurants are going to make it in this town by operating off COVID hours…. That’s been done a long time ago.

If you’re even 1% Hispanic don’t eat here. Nothing close to authentic. Besides the authenticity, the quality of the food was cheap. The waiter grabbed the straw out of our drink so it “didn’t go missing” during our refill. I don’t want your hands on my straw.

I grew up in Pueblo and have been living in Northern Colorado for over 30 years now. Every time I come back to visit family in Pueblo, this is one of the places I make sure to take them—and it never disappoints! We had a great time during our recent visit. Our server, who mentioned she's been with the restaurant for 7 years, was absolutely wonderful—friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable. The food was delicious and served in generous portions. Keep up the great work! Looking forward to our next visit!

We had a large group of 14 for a celebration dinner and couldn't be happier with the way it turned out. The staff was extremely accommodating and helpful. The food was delicious and the service was prompt and efficient. Thank you for helping make our celebration memorable and fun.

The food was mediocre. In fact it was maybe a little on the Bland side. The atmosphere was a bit dark and dreary especially at lunch time and the lighting could be improved. Inn fact the whole place could use a slight remodel. I heard really good things about this place so I had high expectations but... there are just so many other places that have better quality ingredients.
