I was genuinely excited to go to Nick’s Dairy Creme — I drove 10 minutes out of my way when I could’ve stopped at several other ice cream shops, but I chose Nick’s because I wanted to treat my family. Unfortunately, what should’ve been a fun ice cream run turned into one of the most frustrating experiences I’ve had. I ordered for my whole house — three items with nuts, a strawberry sundae, and an Oreo Arctic ice cream. I saved my Oreo one for last so I could mention that I’m allergic to nuts and make sure it was made safely. As soon as I brought it up, the employee said, “We can’t do that, that’s not something we do here.” When I asked if they at least clean their blenders between uses, I was told, “We clean them at the end of the night. We’ve made a lot of peanut butter ice creams today, so I can’t guarantee yours will be nut-free.” I was stunned. How can a place that serves food be so careless about something as serious as allergies? I still paid almost $40, and what I got looked like it was thrown together with zero effort or care. It’s sad to see a business run by people who clearly don’t take pride in what they do or care about their customers’ safety. I wanted to love this place, but after that experience, I left upset, disappointed, and honestly shocked by the lack of basic responsibility. I won’t be returning — and I hope management steps in before someone gets seriously sick.

Every single year during fall time I've tried to get the peach cobbler and they never have it ever and I don't know why they'd have it on their menu for a fall item if they're not going to have it one day I'm told by an employee yeah we're selling it and then I get there and they told me they're not so I don't know what is going on with him but either take it off or have it

Nick's is a bigoted company that shames women for artist expression. if that was bad enough than look at their prices and quality of work. they took a landmark of Pueblo and ruined it completely. dont give your money to companies that dont care about women.

Me and a friend of mine came here to eat a banana split and they gave us vanilla ice cream with just chocolate syrup and bananas. I had to tell them that a banana split has chocolate vanilla and strawberry ice cream it has pineapple in it strawberries and so on. So they said it's pikes peak banana split i told them if I wanted a Pikes peak banana split I would have went to Pikes peak. I didn't even know there was a such thing as that. Anyway we were very disappointed so we won't be going back

I always loved this place and always go there but 1 night I ordered 2 kids cones with crunch cote and she said i will give you the total at the window. When I got to the window she said $9.20 for them. This was on Monday and the kids cones are a $1.50. Yes Im willing to pay for the crunch cote but i feel like that was alot because almost every week I go and get 2 meduim crunch cotes and they are close to $10.00. I feel like they should of said its a better deal to get 2 meduim crunch cote cones its a better deal. I feel like she should of told me the total first so I could make the decision to get meduim cones. I went ahead and bought them but I feel like it wasn't right.

Banana split is strawberries, hot fudge and caramel or pineapple with a banana, whipped cream and cherries. Not a teaspoon of hot fudge and a banana with ice cream.
