We ate here this Saturday night 1/25. Terrible. Didn’t get our order right at all. My husband order a pan crust pizza and got thin crust. When we told waitress she said she put it as pan crust He ordered bacon no bacon on it. We ordered wings and finished them and waitress came and asked if we wanted ticket and dessert before we even got our pizza so weird. In town for a convention. We were going to have a group dinner at a local restaurant but had to relocate due to a lack of room. The convention organizers contacted Old Chicago about a group dinner at 6 pm for apparently 60 people. They said they could handle us. We started arriving about 20 minutes early. Just had a delivery from this place that was uncooked. The cheese on the pizza was melted (barely), but dough was almost completely raw. The pieces were cut so haphazardly that you couldn’t even tell what they were. I get that mistakes happen, but this was completely unfit for consumption. Anyone with eyes would know this pizza was not acceptable to send to a customer.
