The pizza is always good at old Chicago

We ordered our food. 30 minutes later all but my pizza came. 5 minutes later the server came back and asked me what I ordered. She then put in my order. Everyone was Done eating when my food was brought to me. My first and last time at your restaurant.

Awesome food and great staff
We ordered pizza to go and when we got home our pizza was not cooked all the way and was still dough. I called the restaurant, yesterday around 620p, to talk to a manager and the girl came back and said “our manager said he is busy and to call back later” WHAT?! Even after I told her the problem all she said was “sorry this happened.” She then proceeded to take my number and said “he will call you back tonight” and so far, nothing. No care, no rush, no nothing. I’m not sure who the manager on duty was last night but he needs to be trained to do a better job as well as your cooking staff. Terrible service.
During my trip around 50 states I stopped at 4 locations. Pizza is awesome and many selections of beer
We had an amazing time! Food was delicious and our server, Ice, gave us the best service we had in a long time. I recommend getting the nachos and the OC Iced Tea!
I loved the calzone each time I got it! Definitely found a favorite!!

Rude staff and constantly get ignored anytime we come at night. Alex is also extremely rude and should think of a better job than customer service if he can’t even smile. Establishment needs some serious work.
I really enjoyed this Old Chicago. The pizza is always hot, and our waiter is usually very attentive. Sometimes, the music selection is hit or miss, and it sounded like two different stations were battling each other, but with that being said, this place is one of my go-to places in Pueblo.
I went in for lunch today and was not pleased. The bartender was very rude and seemed disoriented like she didn’t know what was going on and only seemed to care about the gentleman with the glasses sitting in the corner. She was snobby towards the other workers and very unprofessional.
I sit at the bar and most of the bartenders are really great here, one unreliable. Good atmosphere and appetizers that pair well with their draft beers.
When we walked in at 435pn we got sat down. Waited 20 minutes zero interaction. ZERO staff even approached our area. Thanks for wasting our time!
