Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

Their delivery fails again. I ordered Ginger Ale at 4.00 for the drink. What I received was a 10oz plastic bottle of Ginger Ale. Their app leaves no way to seek help about an order or anywhere to leave feedback leading me to believe that they genuinely do not care about their delivery customers. I have had a previous issue that I did contact their customer service with via email (the only option) and never even received so much as a reply. I would highly recommend you do not use their delivery service and only visit in person.

Was able to get in before the weekend rush, so we got seated right away. Our waiter was great, and on point, he was very professional and quick to get us situated. He kept the drinks full and checked on us in good intervals.

Olive Garden is Olive Garden. They get you in quick. Give you some fresh salad and some hot breadsticks with garlic salt, and you get an Italian entrée. It’s pretty much the same everywhere you go, but they do have a rotating menu that keeps it fresh.

We haven't been to Olive Garden in so long, but since we enjoyed ourselves so much tonight, we're going to make it our special place. Our waiter was John, and he made our dinner simply spectacular. Our cups were never empty and our needs were wonderfully met, he even exchanged my wife's soup when she discovered the first one wasn't her taste. Everything we had was flavorfully prepared, hot and to order. And the portions were so large that we had plenty to take home at a pretty reasonable price for a special trip. I really want to repeat how great our waiter (John) was. My wife had a breathing issue and he was just so attentive and kind. And I have to mention the manager as well. I wasn't sure he Was the manager at first, because he was running/working so fast and with a smile. Many managers aren't like that. Overall, it was such a wonderful experience, from the hostess helping my special needs daughter, to our fantastic meal served by an amazing waiter. Thank you so much.

Dry as usual, forgot to ask for extra sauce. They put like a tablespoon of sauce on each meal. Dry $50 for dry food .

Food was okay, for mostly being cooked by chef Mike. The restroom was nasty and some monkey had pissed all over the handicapped stall. Our waitress was good, but other than that, things could be much better.

Great food. Great management but unfortunately our waiter was horrible. Customer service as to meeting customers who are veterans n elderly he was very unprofessional totally disappointed in treatment n quality of service. Will never go there again. You have lost a Customer

Tried the luncheon fettuccine with shrimp and it was delicious. I usually have the soup and salad and went outside the box and am glad I did. Staff friendly and efficient
