Thanksgiving dinner with friends in Pueblo on Friday. Salad was a bit soggy with too much dressing on it, soups were ok but just barely warm. Eggplant Parmesan was good ( had it broccoli). Other dishes were shrimp carbonara, sirloin and chicken broccoli dish
Our waiter seemed rushed and not very attentive but didn't think restaurant was that busy.

Best food we have ordered only 2 entrees they are more than sufficient for 4 adults and 1kid and they will give free salads soups and bread sticks which are unlimited and they will provide first before food arrives and you might be pretty 30-40% full with them. Over all a good place to eat and which is best Italian food.

Can't take a photo but I ordered a shrimp scampi and the presentation was bad I'm at work at the time of this review and I'm not allowed to have a phone . I container with the food looks like someone just threw the food in it. I know it was about closing that I ordered, but please I spent about twenty on this meal at least I should have a better portion size.

We don’t make it to Olive Garden very often, but this visit left us wondering why on earth we don’t go more. We dropped in on Veteran’s Day and were immediately greeted by a lively, upbeat atmosphere—and an aroma so savory it felt like a warm hug.

The menu offered several delicious-sounding choices, and the portions were as generous as the spirit of the day. I truly commend Olive Garden for its sincerity and generosity in honoring veterans. I also realize that some guests enjoying their complimentary meal may undertip (I hope not many!), which can make the day tough for servers.

That’s why our experience with our server, Chloe, was such a standout. She was the highlight of the entire meal. From the moment she greeted us, she was effortlessly friendly, attentive, and genuine. She took the time to connect with us in a way that built instant trust and made us feel lucky to be seated in her section. Warm, kindhearted, patient, and thoroughly professional, Chloe embodied everything you hope for in exceptional service.

We are grateful to Olive Garden for making this Veteran’s Day experience so special, and are particularly grateful to Chloe for elevating this into something truly memorable. From now on, we’ll be asking for her section each and every time.

The staff is always so friendly. They have removed some of our favorite meals. Our salads are always fresh and our soups are yummy! The desserts and appetizers are our favorites!

Sat at the bar. Not busy at all, service was incredible by Kayci. Food, standard olive garden fare.
Had the tour of Italy.
Chicken Parm, deep fried and crispy.
Alfredo, needed a little salt, but rich, lasagna, VERY good and rich.
All in all 5 star recommendation!
