Order through drive thru the family meal and get home only to find hair in my food called and they said bring it back up there. I get up there and have to wait again for food. While sitting there the lady asked of I wanted a drink and I said no. After waiting forever I finally got my food and asked the lady is this what you guys do for customs when they find hair in their food(im blad so i know its not mine), just remake it and she lies right in my face saying I asked if you wanted an appetizer. Which she didn't at that point I just wanted to get out that place. I live less then two miles away and from getting my receipt at 6:48pm to when I got home the second time it was 8:22pm. Which is beyond ridiculous.

Let me tell you about this experience, I usually don't say anything. But I tried there green beans and chicken, well usually there should be a good ratio to meat and beans and let me just say I got 5 pieces of chicken versus 50 green beans. So I went back up to the counter and asked for more chicken and this lady said that's how they portion it out. So she just gave me one and I mean one more piece of chicken. So come on now. When a customer is un happy with there food aren't you supposed to remake there food and make it right? Just saying. I really hope someone important reads this review because I hate giving bad reviews.

Went in trying to get lunch. Went though the drive thru and experienced some of what I would consider the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. The lady who took our order, Jaylynn was beyond rude and condescending. I am genuinely not one to complain and I understand that it can be busy in a drive thru setting. But she went out of her way to be rude, slamming the window when asking for an extra condiment and being silent the entire time we ordered only to make sly comments about my not ordering in the order she wanted. Won’t be back, it was truly a horrible experience, I don’t really even expect workers in that setting to be nice, just humane. And she was not anything near that. Very disappointed.

Had a bunch of people cut the line. We had to wait over 20 minutes for food. Half our order ended up being cold. While trying to pay the lady at the register gave our food to someone else and also stopped helping us to help someone else.very disappointed.

Employees need to have a little more urgency when the lobby is completely full. All employees just stroll around like it a lunch break. I guess that’s just the work force nowadays.

The food tastes good, but they never get the order correct! I go through the drive thru tonight on my way home from a Dr's appointment in Colorado Springs. When I placed my order, I said I wanted the mushroom chicken in a medium a la carte box. They didn't put the mushroom chicken in a medium a la carte box. They put it in with the fried rice and orange chicken while they put my honey walnut shrimp in a small a la carte box. Pay attention to what the customer is saying instead of doing it your way.

We bought 3 plates and one of them didn’t have any of the teriyaki put in it we didn’t call because we live all the way on the east side and can’t drive back at the time but even tho it was busy I’m sure they should put in all the food very bad service for my visit today.
