Ordered from here tonight and there was a mistake with my order. They offered to remake it and send it back out with doordash. Unfortunately the Doordasher made no effort to let me know he dropped off my remake, and since it wasnt the original order, there was no tracking and it was eaten by neighborhood cats. Cool. I let the store know and they re-remade my pizza and sent it out with a Papa John's employee. They went above and beyond to make sure that I was satisfied with my experience and I really appreciate it.

They forgot one of my orders and then they just let the phone ring inside the store for 45 minutes. I ended up having to get in my car and drive there and get my order myself defeating the entire point of delivery and they didn't offer me a credit. Nothing. I am incredibly disappointed.

So I ordered 2 large 2 topping pizzas. One with Pepperoni and Jalapeño, and it literally had 2 pepperoni on it! This is not the first time I was burned on toppings either. Probably won’t go back. I’m going to include a picture so you can see. I thought maybe they put them under the cheese but NOPE

Pretty crappy customer service I accidentally ordered the wrong wings and I guess the manager came to the front and told me that he could rinse My wings off with water to get the buffalo off. How was that sanitary? This order was for children. Do not only did they take my money, but my kids were not able to eat because they did not want to remake the order.They treated me like I did not spend any money in there and even though I said thank you he could not even say you’re welcome and he is on the clock. I will not be ever spending a dollar here again!
