The amount of food serving per person was perfect the barbecue sauce was on point and the Carolina barbecue sauce must try but be warned you better be able to handle some heat. The ribs amazing The chicken was so juicy š¤¤ And the staff was courteous and friendly if you haven't tried Dickies........... It is a must you go and try it don't take my word for it go try it yourself

I had an issue with the store. I called the corporate number to complain and the manager from the store called me back and proceeded to berate me to inform me that she was going to have me banned from the store and then proceeded to rattle off a list of excuses as to why the service was so poor. And then she told me that these complaints were never going to get to her boss. And she decided to see full-on yell at me and cuss at me on the phone to my direct line in front of me and my children. I don't understand this location. If anybody from upper management is reading this please contact me. I am just beside myself. I cannot believe whoever is in charge. Let's their managers act like this unless it's kind of stuff go on because they clearly have no idea what's going on at their store. Again, if anybody is reading this from upper management, please contact me because I am just flabbergasted. I cannot believe this.

We havd stopped ordering from Papa Johns because it was so pricey and always wrong. After 6 months we thought, give it another try...nope, arrived doughy in the middle, luke warm, and wrong...missing 3 toppings and no extra cheese. I will say they did better spreading toppings out closer to the edge....when I called about the order being wrong, they did not offer to remake it correctly but did refund some for the missing toppings....Needless to say no more strike outs left, so no more Papa Johns

Had a mistake with door dash but the manager handled it and went beyond. I wont go to any other pizza place in pueblo
I recommend because the pizza is usually good and we donāt have a problem. But, today we ordered and our pizzas looked as if the delivery guy flipped them all around! They were a mess! The toppings were all over the place, they looked awful! I called and spoke to the manager who apologized and refunded our order. Whoever delivered was unprofessional! The pizzas tonight, yuck!

Josh and Derek were very friendly and made a great pizza for me. I loved their attitude and that's why I'm doing the review. Service is what it's all about. The $20 pizza was easier to buy when treated with good, friendly service.

Didnāt honor a coupon that specifically states āfor any southern Colorado locationā the guy who told me this was rude about it and says āno we wonāt take that hereā left without my order because of the service. Will not be going here again.
