Wow! My wife and I dined at Park East la couple nights ago. I ordered the filet and it was delicious, tender and perfectly cooked. The Park East salad included some very tasty blue cheese and tomatoes. The rolls were soft and warm and the baked potato was perfect. What a great meal at a very reasonable price. And I had the pleasure of seeing several of my friends dining there, too!

I ordered the 14oz ribeye steak as cooked medium and it came out very well done. Past the point of no return, unfortunately. It's sad to ruin a good steak. It was well-seasoned, but tough. The service was pretty blasé and ambience kind of lackluster. I guess I had higher expectations for Park East. It was better 20 years ago.

Came here for date night and it was great. The server was really great, the steak was great, appetizers were great. And honestly I would have paid more for that meal and experience but for 2 people who got wine and top shelf whiskey it was under $150.

Christmas party, last night, should have chosen a different restaurant. They were not busy, the staff had no personality, and the food was horrible. Steak so tuff could not eat. Put so much dressing on our salads it wilted the lettuce. Only good thing was the clam chowder (probably came from a can). Some baked potatoes were hard, and others were so over baked they were nasty. Sorry Park East not a place we will ever come back to.

Went for a special dinner and was disappointed. Thursday night 11/16/23 and it seemed they were trying to run the place on minimal staff. Waiter was slow and overly apologetic from the start. Even when the crowd had thinned considerably we barely saw him. Appetizers were good but then the wait was very long. Ribeye was ordered medium rare but was seared on the outside and mostly raw and cold in the middle. Didn’t send it back because we didn’t see the waiter again for a long time . Prime Rib was tough and hard to cut. Wife ordered crab legs and the ‘market price’ was $70! When it arrived there was a 4.5 inch piece, a 3 inch piece and half a knuckle. Absurd. Kid who brought food out seemed surprised we needed butter for the crab and horseradish for the rib. Drinks were watery also. Waited forever for a check even though by then it was only us and a loud group at the bar who seemed to be the staff and their friends. We will never go back. Our office was considering a Christmas Party there but I will definitely have a say in that.
We dine here a few times per year. Usually the food is of excellent quality. This time, not so much. Way to much salt! I was disappointed that there were no vegan entrees. Ended up ordering three vegetable sides. However, our server was fantastic!

The French onion soup was lukewarm. My prime rib was overcooked and not very tender. The mashed potatoes were very good. The server did a great job.

4 of us went for dinner and took over an hour for our food to come out. When the food did come out it wasn’t even warm. Service was not good as well. Staff seemed to be more interested in visiting with people at the bar than taking care of customers seated at tables. Waited another 15 minutes after table was cleared to have waiter ask if we were ready for the bill. Not worth another visit from me or my family.
Do date night here you won't be disappointed.
