They answer the phone but then tell you their kitchen is closed early the hours are 8pm they close I called at 7:45pm, and of course they will respond to this review & state no one called at that time, well of course they are they will never admit any wrong doings but the reviews are for customers ! ANSWER THE PHONE IF YOUR NOT OPEN SIMPLE AS THAT ! Then the owner states in his interviews without Pueblo customer’s there would be no PassKey but then turns around with his answer to my review saying “ORDER EARLIER SIMPLE AS THAT” the manager/owner must think he doesn’t need customers by treating customers this way well I’ll never eat a special again & I know a lot of people would not like that kind of customer service, word of mouth goes a long way ,SIMPLE AS THAT!

I placed an order on door dash and I wanted to add tomato to my order. However this passkey doesn’t give you the option for special instructions. So I called and spoke to the “manager”. I asked her if I can add tomato and she said no I have to do add it through door dash. I explained it doesn’t give me option. She said “it should I’ll have to talk to my IT guy” so I asked if there was anyway she can add it this one time since it didn’t give me the option. She said “no there is an extra charge for it” she is that hard up and couldn’t add it. Not my fault her website doesn’t give me the option. I will not ever eat here again. Crazy how she is the manager. I hope the owners take a real good look at her. She is terrible. A tomato is what .30 cents a slice would be .5 She must desperately need it.Update:I was supposedly talking to the owner/manager. That’s worse! Terrible customer service, get things working online or don’t do it. Stop being cheap!
