This place has REALLY gone downhill since my last visit. We were seated and not given menus. We ordered two super specials and when they arrived the cheese wasn't melted and the buns were cold. On top of that we were told the banana peppers served with the sandwiches weren't available any more! These were an important part of eating a Pass Key super special. I thought Pass Key was supposed to be a Pueblo iconic restaurant? I hear people move away and come back here to eat or drive a couple hours to get a Pass Key Special. After today I doubt I would drive a block to get one. Disappointed, Disappointed, Disappointed!

This environment was amazing. It has the reputation of ohh the elderly enjoy their meals here but it is for all ages and the staff are really awesome they checked on us quiet often and we got out food within 10 minutes. Their food was pretty filling though so if your gonna bring any kids or teenagers have them order in the smaller side cause it may sound small but heck you get full very quick.

I would never eat in pass key again until they clean and remodel there restaurant! The place is disgusting! The floors the walls and bathrooms haven’t been remodeled in over 40 years! They need to remodel the entire place and that includes new kitchen equipment! It takes money to make money! They have mice problems I found on the floor when eating there! The employees didn’t even care! Our sausage wasn’t cooked good! John and Frank never let anything happen like this! They wore a clean white shirt with black pants! The kids and wives have run the place into the ground! They give Pueblo a bad name!

We shared a super with provolone cheese a side of fries.. also onion rings.. I'm not fond on onions but my guest loves them!!

This is absolutely the best Italian sausage grinder in Pueblo. A must try if you have never had one. I grew up on these sandwiches. Get the (Pass Key super special) and add Pueblo green chilies and omg you are in heaven!!

Went here for the very first time and I have to say I was blown away by how good the super was!! Definitely a 5 star quick eat and go type of place. The staff was SUPER friendly and I’m not just saying that. Great prices as well! Would definitely recommend and will refer others to eat here!!! Great job Passkey!

Ok I'm from this town and been eating pass key's for a very long time. Also worked at the hwy50 one. Today went to abriendo restaurant and my sister and I were so very disappointed!! Man what the heck happened guy's? The bread was weak dry old maybe I don't know and the sausage was really dry you couldn't even taste the cheese. Fries were plentiful and about same. Cutting corners is a costly mistake, please fix it.
It's a nice family business I've been going there since I was a little kid and I still love going there me and my wife eat there a couple times a week week the atmosphere is great the people are very nice very helpful

Good selection of sandwiches.I had an Italian sausage sandwich and ice tea.I enjoyed my meal.I went at lunchtime and it was busy.Seems to be a popular spot.

Homestyle burgers, lettuce, tomatoes, and Mustard. Anything else, you gotta add it but it wasn't a crazy surcharge. Cashier was friendly. It almost felt like he KNEW everyone who walked in. It was nice seeing that kind of friendliness. I'd go back just for the service...and fried mushrooms. Good Lord, those were good.

Another family favorite. Family has been eating here over decades, and we try to visit every time we come to town. I don't recall seeing chile strips before, but they make a great sandwich every better.
