I ordered a #44 meatball pho. My dad ordered the beef lo mein.
The pho broth was flavorful without being too salty. However I ordered it half noodle. My stomach cannot handle that much and prefer not to waste it. Also they gave me Parsley instead of cilantro which is odd. The meatballs were weird tasting. The staff has a hard time listening.
Also the lo mein has normal Italian style egg noodles and not the ones more commonly seen in that dish. The beef was good and so was the sauce.
The spring rolls were ok and the peanut sauce was thin and taste like sweet with a hint of peanut.
All in all. I'd find a different pho place but if you are in a rush it's ok.

Posted hours are 10am every single day but they don’t bother to post holiday times and New Year’s Eve isn’t even a real holiday so idk why they’re not open til later
I will say the employees are super nice but this just isn’t worth it anymore. No new items, no different sizes, minimal meat. You’re paying 16$ for noodles basically.

We must part ways as you never refunded my money a month ago and you continue to give us less and less veggies for the soup. Coming from NJ, we'd get a pile of veggies not one pinch of onions and no basil. $15 fir an incomplete meal isn't cool. I expected no less from a Pueblo business. Shame.
