The pizza was good, but everything surrounding the ordering process was not great. I ordered online and received an email confirming my order. Ten minutes later, I got a call asking if I had ordered and to confirm my order. Keep in mind it was only one large pizza. Next, I received a call back saying they would have to deliver it using DoorDash because they didn't have any drivers. If I had known that, I would have ordered through DoorDash because I have a Dash Pass. The DoorDash driver was supposed to be Veronica or someone with a similar name. However, a large man brought the pizza. There was no one else in the car, and he definitely didn't match the picture. It was just a total mess. If you order from this restaurant, I recommend picking up your order instead.

Mikey and Ben are awesome. Always great service. Josh on the other hand is horrible. He's been rude multiple times because I refuse to tip for carryout. Last time I went in to get my food. He told me no multiple times. From the time I stepped foot into the door. All the way to the counter even as I pulled out my wallet to pay. He said "NO". I walked out without my order. He followed saying he was kidding. I don't have time for games when I just want to pay for my food and leave. He's rude and unwelcoming. I now have to call ahead to make sure he's not there if I want to order cause it a couple blocks away. Or go out of my way to use the Hwy50 location to avoid his rude customer service.

Whoever is taking orders and payments is smoking something cause they just pick up and go to hold and even hang up.

Both of our pizzas were drowned in chili honey sauce which me and my mother can't have due to health issues my brother's wings were supposed to be boneless they forgot the ranch are cheesy bread got buried in oregano and whoever made our food tonight I hope you're fired I will be in there tomorrow morning to talk to a manager to make sure that you are fired I hope it was worth losing your job putting chili sauce on me and my mother's food which could kill us

Unsanitary, makes your food without washing their hands. Drivers & clerks running around touching everything, including their sweaty hair & Bodies. Driver gets back from a delivery & goes right to preparing the next order. Although I appreciate the willingness to work, but sanitation is a must. It prevents spreading viruses etc. They refuse to give you your cash or money back & instead offer you credit for an establishment you'll never go back to. Cost Me $23.74 to learn this establishment is trash . BIG HECK NO FOR ME
