I called to order a pizza and I was greeted with terrible customer service. The woman with a thick accent who picked up the phone was unable to even answer a question for me about the different types of pizza. Then as I was asking questions she hung the phone up on me.As I called back to speak to the manager I was bounced around to different team members and I was never connected to the manager. All of the staff members I spoke to had an attitude. I was torn between going to Dominoes and Pizza Hut and this encounter made it clear that tonight I will be ordering from Dominoes.

About 30 years ago mega corporations started turning out horrible food. They all used to be pretty good. Taco Bell, Pizza Hut, Godfathers and Dominoes realized Americans will damn near eat plastic if it's fast n cheap enough. So they cut corners and even became pricey but still quick. Americans kept eating their plastic products so they have no need to use quality ingredients. It would price out the average consumer. Americans became gigantic and sick. The corporations blossomed.

This place is the worst Pizza Hut that you could ever go to first of all theyâre all their pizzas come out cold for some reason they donât put enough sauce on their pizzas so all their pizzas are dried out and nasty. I complained last time I went there and they offered me a $20 credit Which I came back To give them another chance. And they acted like they never heard of me before and and the pizza they replaced was dried out just like the last one and cold. None of the heaters are working in their store or something. This is the absolute worst dining experience Iâve ever had in my life. Not to mention, I ordered extra pepperonis that they charge five dollars for they didnât even And also the crust was burnt

The pizza was good, but everything surrounding the ordering process was not great. I ordered online and received an email confirming my order. Ten minutes later, I got a call asking if I had ordered and to confirm my order. Keep in mind it was only one large pizza. Next, I received a call back saying they would have to deliver it using DoorDash because they didn't have any drivers. If I had known that, I would have ordered through DoorDash because I have a Dash Pass. The DoorDash driver was supposed to be Veronica or someone with a similar name. However, a large man brought the pizza. There was no one else in the car, and he definitely didn't match the picture. It was just a total mess. If you order from this restaurant, I recommend picking up your order instead.

Mikey and Ben are awesome. Always great service. Josh on the other hand is horrible. He's been rude multiple times because I refuse to tip for carryout. Last time I went in to get my food. He told me no multiple times. From the time I stepped foot into the door. All the way to the counter even as I pulled out my wallet to pay. He said "NO". I walked out without my order. He followed saying he was kidding. I don't have time for games when I just want to pay for my food and leave. He's rude and unwelcoming. I now have to call ahead to make sure he's not there if I want to order cause it a couple blocks away. Or go out of my way to use the Hwy50 location to avoid his rude customer service.
Whoever is taking orders and payments is smoking something cause they just pick up and go to hold and even hang up.

Both of our pizzas were drowned in chili honey sauce which me and my mother can't have due to health issues my brother's wings were supposed to be boneless they forgot the ranch are cheesy bread got buried in oregano and whoever made our food tonight I hope you're fired I will be in there tomorrow morning to talk to a manager to make sure that you are fired I hope it was worth losing your job putting chili sauce on me and my mother's food which could kill us
