Really cute place but kinda overpriced. Food is decent I suppose but could be better.
Terrible quality for a restaurant, awful quality for the prices they charge. The ramen noodles were indiscernible from the cheapest fried and dried top ramen that can be found in packets for less than $1. The broth was uninspired, but in retrospect that’s probably a good thing.
An unfortunate patch of desert in the middle of an oasis of quality food in downtown Pueblo.
My daughter loves the tuna poke bowl. I love the spicy Ramen with dumplings. Very clean restaurant. Very friendly staff.

Kimbap is good (vegetable) but the poke is only so so since most of the meal is mostly rice! The drinks are outrageously priced! ?

We had an amazing experience here. Really sad to see some of the ratings but I think everyone has their days and this place has definitely fixed what went wrong in the past. The kimchi ramen was divine! The potato hot dog was unique and delicious. The staff was friendly and prompt. We really appreciate that they don't use a microwave to heat the water and we're very impressed with the broth. The restaurant is so cute and bright. Updated and modern. Plenty of vegan and vegetarian options. We will absolutely be coming back! ❤️
Vegetarian options: There is kimchi ramen, tofu ramen, vegetable ramen, vegetable kimbop.

I really wanted to like this place, but the broth is flavorful but very thin. The egg is simply a overcooked hard boiled egg rather then the traditional soy marinated egg. The noodles tasted packaged instead of homemade. The chicken Katsu was also delicious but incredibly tough. This place has Amazing potential but has a bit to learn about ramen to truly be an amazing shop. If the owners ever read this take a trip up to the springs and try Haru Ramen. Or contact Tamishii ramen in OKC.

Sooooooo disappointed. The first 2 visits...great. This visit was awful. The chili cheese ramen dogs were dry, super skimpy and one had a completely cold hotdog inside. The bowl of ramen had 1/2 a hard boiled egg, not even a whole egg ( 2 halves).$54 for this?? Won't be going back.

What a great find! The Ramen noodle soup was fantastic and the blended icy bobas were delicious. Fresh veggies. Best Ramen in town. Large servings.. each bowl could feed at least 2 maybe 3 people. Spicy is SPICEY! Will be back.??
I had the pork katsu ramen bowl (mildly spicey.) Very healthy portion served. They have an intense poke menu too.

Excellent flavored boba tea. However, supppper overpriced and my boba wasnt cooked. I thought it was just frozen from the cold drink but it was definitely undercooked. Almost broke a tooth.
