We had an amazing experience here. Really sad to see some of the ratings but I think everyone has their days and this place has definitely fixed what went wrong in the past. The kimchi ramen was divine! The potato hot dog was unique and delicious. The staff was friendly and prompt. I really wanted to like this place, but the broth is flavorful but very thin. The egg is simply a overcooked hard boiled egg rather then the traditional soy marinated egg. The noodles tasted packaged instead of homemade. The chicken Katsu was also delicious but incredibly tough. This place has Amazing potential but has a bit to learn about ramen to truly be an amazing shop. If the owners ever read this take a trip up to the springs and try Haru Ramen. What a great find! The Ramen noodle soup was fantastic and the blended icy bobas were delicious. Fresh veggies. Best Ramen in town. Large servings.. each bowl could feed at least 2 maybe 3 people. Spicy is SPICEY! Will be back.??
