Great customer service is hard to find! I want to recognize a couple employees. As we are greeted at our table by our server Nikki, such an amazing soul with a wonderful personality and welcomed us in with a beautiful smile. She was very attentive to our table and our cups were never empty which is rare in Pueblo restaurants. We need more people (servers) like her! Also would like to recognize the manager Gabriel who approached the table to ask how the service was. Super nice guy with a amazing personality and an asset to Ruby Tuesday!We will definitely come back to visit them soon!
Horrible food cold chicken bacon Asiago was a joke tiny piece of chicken with dried up salty sauce.told my waiter food was too salty he didn't offer to fix prolem.salad bar had no lettuce had to ask for someMy burger was burnt and dry.i see why ruby Tuesdays is going out of business. 2 other tables were complaining about the food.also.wont be going back
