The gal who answered the phone was nice however the rest of my experience was horrible. I asked for special request and was told it could happen. Instead what I got for $18 was fries, can of pop, 5 spicy falafels I couldn’t eat, 5 THIN sliced tomatoes, maybe 7 slices of cucumber, chickpeas, a few olives, small feta cheese cup and no Greek dressing but Italian instead. DO NOT RECOMMEND! Go to Zorbas instead!

Tried this place as it had good ratings and was close to my hotels. Ordered the falafel plate, brought it back to the room and noticed I didnt get any Tzatziki sauce.. honestly that's what makes the falafel so great to eat with! Tried it with the curry sauce but the falafel itself was just over cooked and wasnt enjoyable. Called and the manager was more than willing to fix me another plate or switch it out. I got the traditional Gyro Plate instead and it was very good. Gyro meat and rice had good flavor as well as the Tzatziki Sauce this time!
Had a Philly gyro was impressed. Go try it is worth the T&M!

Very unassuming looking from the outside, but the food was DELICIOUS and the staff was very nice. I had the Mongolian Gyro with a side of curry sauce and I was surprised how good it was. Overall, a 10/10 experience, no notes!

Y'all this is the place. It has so many unique gyro options I've never seen before, a twist. My fiancé got the Mongolian Gyro and it was the best of both worlds, especially with the curry sauce. I got the chicken gyro and it was excellent. The atmosphere of this restaurant is top tier. It's very unassuming from the front, but the inside is everything Colorado. If you are looking for a unique place to eat while in Pueblo, I would strongly suggest here 10/10 times.
The vibe and service at Shaw’s American Gyro were on point 🙌 — friendly staff and great energy. The food? Just okay this time, but still worth the stop if you’re in the area.
