Amazing food and amazing service! This will be our new favorite spot!
Service was slow and uncaring. Food was also slow, took almost 40 mins for food and the place was pretty dead so the kitchen should not have been in the weeds. The bison burger was ordered pink but it was burnt and overdone. The pub chips were cold and limp. Green Chile was mehh, definitely subpar for Pueblo. Wait staff did not check on us while we had an extended wait for our food to see if we needed another round of drinks. Overall, pretty lame will not be back.
A true hidden gem for food enthusiasts!!!!!!!!!
So well-seasoned, it felt like magic!!!!!!!
Sat at a booth for over 30 minutes without any acknowledgement from anyone. Won't be back.
The server was not helpful. I asked if they had a cocktail menu and she said “we’ll not really just order what drink you want”. Dinner was corned beef, cabbage, and lumpy mashed potatoes and in the way mashed potatoes are supposed to be lumpy. Cabbage was drenched in mustard. Cabbage was bitter, over salted, and strangely not green at all. Corned beef had no flavor. Just awful. Asked server for napkins and more water and more tea and never got it. Overall the strong smell of sewer throughout was nauseating. The green chili mac and cheese was undercooked pasta, starchy cheese sauce, and minimal green chili flavor.
Friendly staff, quick seating, food quality was great. Looked like an bar only at first but the diner seating was in a different section. Kid friendly
Missed the mark, especially the service.
Our server was great, checked on us a couple of times. My wife and I split a Rueben. I can honestly say it was the best Reuben we've had! Just passing through Pueblo, this restaurant was rated number one in the area. Glad we were able to get a reservation on a Friday evening!
We were seated immediately. The food was delicious The dish was well seasoned and served hot. I've never been disappointed when I eat at the Shamrock.

Amazing service! Anya had great advice on food and drinks! The Irish beef boxty was fabulous, and the bread pudding was scrumptious!! The chef even delivered the dessert :) If we didn't live 1100 miles away I would eat here often!! The cider on tap was perfectly appley.
Ordered the St Paddys day special corned beef and cabbage. What a disappointment!!! Barely any cabbage, got 1 carrot slice, served with mashed potatoes not boiled potatoes, got the fatty pieces of corned beef and it was cold all for $18.00. Barely made a good snack. Would not recommend ordering this meal.
One of the best spots in Pueblo. I've never had a bad meal here. Their Pueblo chili Mac is insane
The corned beef and cabbage was great and the service was outstanding. The server came by three times to make sure we didn't need anything else!
Fish and Chip's were the best I've ever had at the Shamrock! My Irish Red's were tasty
