We have been frequenting Shamrock for years. Our visit yesterday was not as pleasant as previous visits. The food is still delicious, I will give them cudos there. However, our waitress was inattentive, the Moscow Mule we ordered was served on stainless steel, not a copper mug and needed a serious amount of lime to make it drinkable. Who does that? We also ordered the bread pudding. Usually, it is gorgeous when it is served. It was still delicious, but the presentation lacked....
Our server was great, checked on us a couple of times. My wife and I split a Rueben. I can honestly say it was the best Reuben we've had! Just passing through Pueblo, this restaurant was rated number one in the area. Glad we were able to get a reservation on a Friday evening!
Amazing service! Anya had great advice on food and drinks! The Irish beef boxty was fabulous, and the bread pudding was scrumptious!! The chef even delivered the dessert :) If we didn't live 1100 miles away I would eat here often!! The cider on tap was perfectly appley.
