I tried eating her a few months ago and did not have a great experience because the party I was seated next to was super rowdy. I decided to give it another chance and am glad I did. My server, whose name shows up as a Rabbit on the receipt was very helpful in making suggestions and recommended the meatloaf. She was right. We have been frequenting Shamrock for years. Our visit yesterday was not as pleasant as previous visits. The food is still delicious, I will give them cudos there. However, our waitress was inattentive, the Moscow Mule we ordered was served on stainless steel, not a copper mug and needed a serious amount of lime to make it drinkable. Who does that? We also ordered the bread pudding. Usually, it is gorgeous when it is served. It was still delicious, but the presentation lacked....
A busy Friday night but we were quickly seated and drink orders taken. Irish burger, Rueben and Irish Club sandwiches were ordered. Our waiter advised the kitchen was super busy and advised food might be slow coming out. Our wait was not terrible and food was served hot and freshly made. Only down side was the noise level from full house.
