Food was good but the service was horrible! I don't think I have ever had a plate thrown in front of me. I thought it was going to break! This was not accidental as the female employee who did this had a bad very bad attitude and should not have been providing customer service or should I say a lack there of!!! I will not return to this coffee shop.......

Highly recommend this coffee shop, so great went back on second day. Rebecca and team were very professional and accommodating to help us with a quick turn large order. The green chili ham and cheese croissants and coffee make it a must stop place if you’re in Pueblo.

I had an amazing experience at Solar Roast Coffee in downtown Pueblo. The coffee is smooth and rich, and the white chocolate mocha was hands down one of the best I've ever had. You also have to try the food—the sausage breakfast burrito was absolutely delicious and hit the spot. Great vibes and even better coffee. Highly recommend stopping by if you are in the area! The in-shop experience was fantastic by the welcoming and friendly staff. On a recent visit, barista Jaylee, was very welcoming and provided me with great service.
Maddy, Ray, and Jay are always an absolute delight (as are the rest, I just don't know everyone's names). Maddy and Ray always greet me by name when I come in and they know what I order! Couldn't ask for better baristas. Thank you for what y'all do. ❤️

If only I lived locally i'd be there everyday. Great fresh beans, and such a unique way of roasting them. Sadly I have to order online and get the beans sent halfway across the world to enjoy them, at least I have the cup! A little taste of a good place.

Solar Roast Coffee – Downtown Pueblo (226 N Main St)
Stopped in at 4:00 PM for coffee and a quiet spot to finish a project. Apparently, the baristas were personally offended that a customer showed up. Lots of eye-rolling energy, zero customer service.
At 4:37 PM, one of them marched over just to announce “We close in twenty minutes,” in the most irritated tone possible. Don’t worry — I can tell time. What I didn’t need was the attitude.
The second the last customer walked out, the staff started loudly laughing behind the counter, like they’d finally survived the hardship of serving people.
If Solar Roast doesn’t want customers after 4 PM, maybe change the hours. Until then, I’ll happily take my business to any coffee shop where the staff doesn’t act like customer service is a hostage situation.
There are usually flies inside this location as well, doesn’t add well to the ambience!
