Highly recommend this coffee shop, so great went back on second day. Rebecca and team were very professional and accommodating to help us with a quick turn large order. The green chili ham and cheese croissants and coffee make it a must stop place if you’re in Pueblo.

​I had an amazing experience at Solar Roast Coffee in downtown Pueblo. The coffee is smooth and rich, and the white chocolate mocha was hands down one of the best I've ever had.
​You also have to try the food—the sausage breakfast burrito was absolutely delicious and hit the spot. Great vibes and even better coffee. Highly recommend stopping by if you are in the area!

Maddy, Ray, and Jay are always an absolute delight (as are the rest, I just don't know everyone's names). Maddy and Ray always greet me by name when I come in and they know what I order! Couldn't ask for better baristas. Thank you for what y'all do. ❤️
