Recent Reviews

The stopped making their green chili breakfast burritos which was my favorite reason for visiting. They replaced them with generic mass manufactured prepackaged burritos. Coffee is still decent.

I had some time before an appointment and so went through the Solar Roast drive thru on Pueblo’s south side. The service was fast and super friendly and thus provided a big, positive lift to my day!

Bought a pour over "light roast" and a bag of the peru light roast.

The pour over took 15 minutes. Possibly forgot about it. Tasted ok, very sweet but that may die to the unique roast.

The Peru is very dark roasted for a single origin. Not my taste.
