I had such a wonderful experience at Solar Roast Coffee on the corner of Northern & Moore in Pueblo.
Charisse greeted me with a bright smile and was incredibly patient as I stepped outside my comfort zone to try something new. When I asked for her opinion on a lavender white mocha, she was thoughtful, kind, and genuinely enthusiastic in helping me choose.
She even laughed at my quirky sense of humor, which made the whole interaction feel warm and human rather than rushed or transactional. The experience was uplifting, welcoming, and honestly delightful — the kind of customer service that turns a simple coffee stop into the highlight of your day.

Their coffee is great, but when I use the drive thru I'm always surprised by the price they end up charging me, and not in a good way. I wish they would tell you the price before they make the coffee, like, as you are placing the order like pretty much every other place does. Instead they tell you they'll have the total at the window.

Bacon breakfast burrito is my fave. Always delicious. Their coffee is really good, so anything you order off the coffee/espresso menu is going to be good. I usually get the iced caramel macchiatto, super yummy 😋
