Worst Sonic EVER! . EVERY time I come here ( yes, I SHOULD KNOW BETTER by now) the order takes no less than 25 mins per car. Today had 3 simple lemon water drinks and an onion ring. The water had sat so long the ice was melted and the rings were burnt. If I could give 0 stars, I would . The only positive was the poor girl at the window who had to apologize for the SLOW service

I usually don’t leave reviews, but this sonic was awful. I placed an order ahead and checked in and waited for 40 minutes for my food. I went to the drive thru to make sure they got it and had to wait another 5 just for them to answer the speaker. I then had to wait in the drive through lane and was handed cold food and I only got two mozzarella sticks. All I ordered was a diet dr. pepper and a small mozzarella sticks. They didn’t even say sorry for the wait. I definitely will not be going back to this sonic ever.

I recently came through and first of all it took forever but it’s sonic so I wasn’t too surprised. What surprised me is the workers or worker shall I say. JANESSA should be fired! I had bought some food for my girlfriend and I, costing roughly $24. I gave Janessa $30 and she tried walking off without giving me my change back. When I tried to stop her she merely brushed it off and tried to lie and tell me the change was only a few cents. First of all IF it was a few cents I would still expect my change? Secondly it wasn’t a few cents it was around $5 I was owed back. I then asked to speak to a manager and she then told me she would go grab one. I sat outside for close to 15 minutes and no one ever came to speak to me about the issue. She blatantly STOLE my money. On top of that when I told my friends about the situation I was told that she has done this to multiple customers. WILL NOT be returning anytime soon !!!!!😡

I just visited your location. Got a large fry and two drinks and the fry is disgusting. It had been re-dropped in the fryer not fresh absolutely horrendous.

Usually not one to leave a review on a fast food place but I love this location but today I got a shake and about half way through I decided to look at it with a flashlight and a found a bunch of little black hairs INSIDE of my shake, I could maybe understand if there’s one I understand some thing a are unavoidable but like multiple is unacceptable. Please check your food/drinks before consuming them because you never know. It was hard to get a picture of it but kinda caught some of of it on camera.

They forgot about us. We ordered online, waited a long time then pushed the button. The employee who spoke to us on the intercom then tried to tell us they didn't have our online order until we said what we ordered. Another employee brought it out immediately and the burgers were cold. We could tell it's been sitting there forever. Disappointed

They messed up my entire order. I asked for a large ocean water, add cherries...they gave me a medium dr pepper. They forgot ALL the sauces I asked for.. gave me fries instead of tots, forgot the bacon i added to my sandwich and the salted caramel toffee bites were missing the salted caramel and toffee.

We ordered online about 45 minutes out. We had other appointments to get to and still had to wait 15 minutes after we got there for our food!! By that time we had to hurry and eat but ended up having to waste a lot of it!! I will not be doing this again!!

Sucked. Waited hours for 2 drinks that cost $16. Destroyed both mine and my husband's stomach. They need to clean their machines better. Gross, wasn't worth the wait.
