Thank you to owner Jocelyn Martinez with Soul Fresh, Soul Clean for an extraordinary luncheon provided for 100 people for my brother-in-law’s funeral. The sandwiches provided, the three salads, the yummy fruit bowl, delicious cookies, coffee and lemonade were just perfect after a stressful morning. Jocelyn was understanding, patient, positive, and respectful. She and her co-worker were on time, worked hard, and left the area clean. Jocelyn was fantastic about communicating and clarifying our expectations in the weeks leading up to the event. Everything was beautifully presented, but most importantly was how carefully she treated our guests with specific allergies that ranged from soy, dairy, gluten, oats, corn, legumes, shellfish, and nighshade, everyone appreciated having special consideration for their safety.
