This is one of the best BBQ restaurants I have ever been to I highly recommend this place

We had a lovely lunch here! The pork ribs, hot links, and pit ham were delicious! The potato salad was also wonderful if you love pickles like I do. The man who took care of us was very nice and made us feel welcome. We'll absolutely be back again soon!

I've had some amazing BBQ in my life and this wasn't BBQ. I should have known to turn around and walk away when I couldn't smell anything in the parking lot or when we walked inside but I'm always willing to give small businesses a chance.
there is absolutely nothing smoked. it's all baked with absolutely no flavor. every meat was dry as if it were days old, the BBQ sauce was congealed (I didn't even know that was possible), and the sides were store bought or canned. the black eyed peas are literally dumped out of a can, the collard greens are a travesty, and the potato salad scooped out of a plastic container. I laughed tasting each item because everything got progressively worse.
Mr. Willy is a very nice man, service was kind and punctual. I'm not sure how this ever got 4.5 stars but like a lot of local establishments, Southern Classic Cuisine must be resting on its laurels from many many years ago.

I always go there for my birthday and other times also. I was in there yesterday with a friend and the food was excellent and only one other person for lunch. I had the worker bees all to myself. I''LL BE BACK !!

Best BBQ In town The most underrated restaurant in Pueblo Someone make this place well known Willie the owner is one of the coolest and chillest people I have ever met He talked to us and Greeted me and my family like a friend food was amazing and fresh the sauce is some of the best BBQ sauce I have ever had But the only problem is that since it’s so uncrowded and never that busy it’s so Quiet And eerie But that’s our problem it just feels weird but we’re here for the food anyways come check this place out you won’t regret it
