What a fun experience. My wife and I were able to try some excellent cheeses and learn about the region the cheeses were from. The somolia was very knowledgeable and informative. We purchased some cheeses from our region and we learned what wines to pair with. Fantastic place to visit.

Large selection of really good cheeses, a good variety of sweet, fruity, spicy, savory. They usually jams, crackers, meat and stuff, they have a really good pure maple syrup that I always go back for. The fudge cheese is my top favorite cheese here, plus the different kinds of delicious blue cheese, and stuff to make all kinds of different cheese curds at home:) dude I love cheese and this is my favorite place to get it. One time they were out of my favorite cheese so they offered to call me when it was back in, and then they actually called me and had the cheese ready to go seriously I love y'all

Absolutely amazing cheese shop with superb Wisconsin cheeses. Smoked mozzarella and sooooo many varieties of their cheeses. Hop across the street to pair your cheeses with some wine at 80 twenty wines. Win win and a perfect spot for both.

This is a great cheese shop, especially for Pueblo. They are super helpful, and have great recommendations. It's odd to me that someone would complain on here about their selection being spare... you gotta think of the clientele in Pueblo, you want them to overstock to end up having to throw things away? You can tell them what you're looking for and they'll give you a call when it's in. Comments like that is why businesses don't thrive, because you're a once a year customer and refuse to go back instead of saying "hey this is what I'm looking for, give me a call when you get it in." I'd rather have rare, quality cheeses than bulk cheeses that you can just buy at king soopers. Customer for life. (Horseradish,chive cheese is a favorite of mine. And they have actual horseradish instead of the creamy horseradish you can buy everywhere else)
