It was mid. The drinks were ok. It took forever. The humans at the window were friendly. I felt bad that they were understaffed. Probably won't go back. Bummer, truly. Then I get a reply to talk to the corporate, who does nothing but the way. This is the same response I got from the Starbucks on Shawnee Oklahoma that served my granddaughters spoiled milk. I guess none of them care.....

Moved away from Pueblo in 2017 and come back to visit family. Stopped at this location and was reminded of how rude people are here. The lady on the speaker was nice and welcoming but the guy working the window was SO rude. He was like a full grown mean girl! Throwing me dirty looks when I was nothing but polite to him, ignored me when I said thanks for my drink. Looks like other people who have left reviews have had the same issue. Skip this location and go to a different one!

Most of the staff was very helpful but one barista dude made fun of me and tried to block my view if the menu and then laughed when I couldn't see it and had to move in order to view it. Honestly the worst. Wish I'd walked out. And their matcha was particularly bitter. So, meh. Thumbs down.
