This store has gone down hill, and it has been for the last couple of years. Service is low, quality of the product is low, and in order to make sure I’m not late to work I order my drink about 20 minutes ahead of time to avoid having to wait.

I don't know if they just don't care or don't know how to read. 1.Many times have placed online order for pickup stating no ice in my tea and it's half full of ice. 2. A CARAMEL machiatto has what in it CARAMEL!! If I wanted a vanilla latte i would order that, state wanting extra caramel and get a drink with none. Ask them to put caramel on it please to just get eyes rolled and rude conversation among employees. Need to be trained again on drinks and customer service.

The staff was super nice! Unfortunately, our drinks were made with a ridiculous amount of ice. We asked that both drinks be made with light ice and instead ice is mostly what we got. The store was clean and there was plenty of parking.

It was mid. The drinks were ok. It took forever. The humans at the window were friendly. I felt bad that they were understaffed. Probably won't go back. Bummer, truly. Then I get a reply to talk to the corporate, who does nothing but the way. This is the same response I got from the Starbucks on Shawnee Oklahoma that served my granddaughters spoiled milk. I guess none of them care.....
