Had a fantastic experience at this Starbucks today. Jasmyn was very helpful, friendly, and polite. She is a definite asset to this location. I frequent this Starbucks often and will definitely be back again.

Very poor customer service, there was no line the barista named Val was currently making one drink and as she finished, decided to do dishes instead of helping customers and when she did finally come over she was short, pushing buttons very aggressively and when she handed out our drinks I said have a nice day to which she ignored us and continued to look like she was scrambling around

I am a hard-core Starbucks connoisseur and this Starbucks is definitely in the top 10% of stores I've visited around the US. The staff is always sure to welcome you when you walk through the door and they smile and engage in friendly banter while you order. This morning I ordered my dark roast a little bit later in the morning than usual and I was afraid that it might have cooled down sitting in the coffee carafe but it was piping hot and perfect. The store faces east and the morning sun ights up the entire store and makes it so bright and cheery for your morning cup of coffee. There is another Starbucks closer to where I live but I always choose this store.

Service is almost non existent. If you don't look like either a beta or a Karen you're gonna be in for a long long wait. I've been here 3 times and that's 3 too many as far as I'm concerned. I was completely ignored and had to pay for the privilege to boot. This last time, 25 minutes and I NEVER received my order. Sadly I had to get back to work or I'd have had some kind of redress or satisfaction. As it was, I called to speak to a manager and was told that everyone's a manager here. The individual with whom I spoke said that since I voluntarily abandoned my order there was nothing they could do. What the you know what?! Don't go to this location at all ever no matter what.

First time ordering here and won't again. I get down the road and notice that my coffee has 0 brown sugar floating around. 4 pumps of brown sugar would definitely be noticeable. If you looked at the bottom of the cup, you could see a teeny bit of brown sugar sitting. Normally when i order this, and it's made right, you can see brown sugar floating around everywhere. She definitely did not do the proper pumps or shake the shaken espresso.

Most Stsrbucks are cookie cutter operations from the breakfast sandwiches to of viyrse the aromstic coffees. What makes this Starbucks memorible? Just the smiles. Now I know these people cant be that happy or laughing at a ling ended joke, but they always have a smile on for each and every customer. That has to be a diffucult job requirenent. So to those smiling at me every morning "Thank You"

Great place to shop ,don't use farmoucy they won't even look up a medicade # and charge you cash for .lazy lazy ladies work there and they do not care .every other place I have been to they gladly look up medicade # like it was nothin,but not for my sick son.lame other than that it's great
