I usually love going to this Starbucks location because it usual is a good visit. But this time I went through the drive through and got attitude I was just gonna throw out the window but when I pulled up to the window there was a guy (chis) that has been on trial for touching young women handing me my drink…. I won’t be getting anything from a place that normalizes sexual harassment!!

Writing this review for the blonde barista Jada, so rude to us every time we go to our local Starbucks. Despite trying overpower her bitterness, still get the drive thru window closed in my face. Take your personal issues somewhere other than your workplace.

This is the friendliest Starbucks I've been to, I hadnt gone 3 times and they had my drink memorized. Yes it is just a Starbucks, but its always the staff that make the experience great.

A gal named Christina is always rude, barking at staff. While going through the drive-thru she yelled WHAT! I will never go back again. The times we ordered food it was either frozen or burned. When going to work the wait inside was 10 minutes or more I had to leave without my drinks. The reasoning the staff gave me was that drive-thru and calling in orders take precedence over walking in?? Starbucks used to be a good place years ago. Kudos to other staff who have stayed. Most of them were very nice. Customer for 15 years.

We were having coffee a few days ago, and a woman fell on the curb outside and hit her head. The staff was great about helping the people trying to help her, offering water, towels, and ice. They were very concerned and helpful. Thank you.

I asked for a iced chia latte and first they brought a hot one to the window. Then they took 10 additional minutes to make me the wrong order again. Im not very pleased and did not drink the drink I paid for.
