We were having coffee a few days ago, and a woman fell on the curb outside and hit her head. The staff was great about helping the people trying to help her, offering water, towels, and ice. They were very concerned and helpful. Thank you.

Super friendly staff! Love the warm, friendly, happy greeting you get when you drive up. Also, the warm, beautiful smiles from several of the staff when you get to the drive-in window! Great job choosing and training your staff!

I asked for a iced chia latte and first they brought a hot one to the window. Then they took 10 additional minutes to make me the wrong order again. Im not very pleased and did not drink the drink I paid for.

First time I came here the barista was rude and my drink tasted awful. The main thing that drew me to this location was the convenience of the drive-thru. Gave it a second try and once again rude barista and my coffee was awful. Such a waste of $7 for a watered down milk beverage. I will never go this location again. I recommend the W Northern location in King Soopers. They offer much better service and high quality drinks. I will not go to this location again.

Very disturbing and nasty employee(s). Left an inappropriate and racist comment on a customers drink due to overhearing said customers conversation with her family. would not recommend at all!
Definitely the best Starbucks in town, only issue is them constantly forgetting to give us our food when we order ahead.

Many of the people I know are regulars at this Starbucks. The manager is super friendly as are the staff. The place is always clean and I’m always amazed how hard people work, especially during the rushes.

Typical Starbucks in terms of quality and service, but they make the atmosphere miserable by blaring the music. Even on a Wednesday afternoon when several people, including myself, were clearly trying to work or study. It’s like being in a dance club.
