Kinda typical Starbucks, but struggling with attentive, able employees on a Sunday morning with the usual hoppin' drive-thru. The store general manager seemed to be pretty obtuse and just pluggin' away while the staff struggled. The next in-line/in-charge was really good, albeit slow due to lacking staff (she was doing it all, cooking, taking orders, tending machines. Amazing.). They all pulled it together in the end with the best cup of plain dark roast coffee ever. It took over 20 minutes to get a simple, no frills plain cup of coffee with no one in line ahead. It was warm (if that tells you anything about the long delay), but not the usual blistering hot, which was fine by me. This was an inside visit, not drive-thru. Amusing since I wasn't in a hurry.

My experience at this location was the biggest disappointment today. I mobile ordered at 12:30. App said my drink should be ready at 12:35. I got to the store at 12:38. I stood there and watched other mobile orders get picked up, counter orders get placed and made until at 12:50 when some one FINALLY took my order off the printer and told me she was making my drink. like I should be so thankful she was getting to me. I told her it was about time since I mobile ordered and it was supposed to be done 15 minutes ago. She hollared at me DO YOU WANT A REFUND? I asked her what is the point of mobile order if you just make everyones drink first? again, DO YOU WANT A REFUND? so I said yes, if she was offering, I'll take it.
I wasn't the only one that noticed the disorganiztion and inability to fill orders, a gentleman at the end of the counter even asked an employee that was just walking around why he wasn't helping out. This used to be my favoirte location but after standing there for almost 15 minutes before even being acknowledged by anyone, they are definelty going down hill and are need of some training or direction.

This is the slowest starbucks I have ever been to consistently. I think I have been here 20 times and whether you're in the drive through or in the store with nobody in there you can expect to wait at least 10 minutes for a simple drink.
I have been forgotten about so many times including today.
Multiple people got my drink before I did when I ordered first.
It's literally insane how slow this location is.

The employees were very thoughtful and caring at this location and we had a big group with us today. They noticed we were visiting from a hospital visit and made things more comfortable and made my family’s night that much better
We love going here and seeing Lori! She is always a bright spot in our day and makes our entire family feel great.

I ordered a pink drink only to find moldy strawberries in my drink. When strawberries are brown or yellow and oozing gross things into my drink kind of puts a damper on things.
I’m deeply disappointed by my experience this morning. I called ahead of time to make sure a large order for about 30 people would be done on time. I came in 15 minutes early to make sure it would be complete in time for a presentation. The barista started working on it when I came in, and ran five minutes over the agreed upon time. That would normally be fine. But, she also filled both creamers (large) to the top (not spreading them out between the two travelers) resulting in the traveler carriage tearing and spilling everywhere at my place of work. I’m not coming here again.
They do not participate in free refills, mistook my name, made my refill that they made me pay for twice, then offered me their mess up for free. Seems to me they could participate in the free refills.

Little old lady at the front counter smiled in my face while telling me she would not put ice in my Starbucks brand cup that I paid $25 for at Starbucks. Also would not let me use the restroom because I hadn't bought my cup that day, I bought it at a different starbucks. Hella rude, won't be back. If it happens a couple more times I'll throw all my overpriced Starbucks mugs away cuz I'll be getting coffee at small shops instead.

Do not come here unless you have time to wait. I am typing this as I am sitting in the drive through, waiting for a simple coffee. It has now been 16 minutes, and there is no hope in sight.

Just having a rough day with doctors appointments and came in for a quick coffee. The guy at the register picked up how bad my day was and gave me a coffee on him. To have someone there who is empathetic and generous is amazing ❤️ he has glasses and braids, I wish I knew his name
