The staff here are always excellent. They know what I like as I only have 2 drinks I order on a regular basis. Usually, it's a grande hot caramel machiato with 2 pumps of caramel sauce, an extra shot in a venti cup. Add whipped cream or, Grande Java chip with a shot of expresso 2 pumps of caramel sauce in a venti cup. The light whipped cream, no mocha drizzle, subcarmal, drizzle with a flat lid.

Starbucks is always a great stop. The drinks are consistently good, made just the way I like them, and the atmosphere is comfortable and relaxing. The staff is friendly and quick, even when it’s busy. It’s a solid place to grab a coffee, sit back, and enjoy a break. Always reliable and always a good experience.

Was just here asking what was in a drink because I’ve never had it before & I was interested in it. The barista was taking my order was telling me in a smart ass manner and laughing at me. Sorry I don’t know what comes in all of your drinks and don’t know how every single one is made. Maybe have people that have patience to answer questions at the window.

The crew(s) here are great! Very friendly. I've ordered the same thing at multiple locations. I get the best drink at the Eagleridge location. THANKS GUYS/GALS!!!

BTW...this is not really anything against the store, but I have to say getting into the drive-thru is weird, but getting out to get on to Elizabeth is a real pain. Very tight, right-hand, u-turn. Poor planning on the original propery layout. I won't hold that against the store. I just had to voice this.

I am very disappointed with my recent experience at this location. While waiting in the drive-thru, we observed two employees petting and allowing the dog in the car in front of us to lick their hands. They then continued chatting and sharing photos of their own pets, which significantly delayed the line.

My spouse was in the car with me and has a dog allergy, so this was already concerning. When we reached the window, we asked if the employees had washed their hands before returning to food and drink preparation, and they had not. One employee was already actively making drinks without washing their hands.

Due to health, allergy, and food-safety concerns, we did not feel comfortable asking for our drinks to be remade and ultimately left without them.

I understand being friendly with customers, but basic hygiene and food safety should never be compromised. I hope this location addresses proper hand-washing protocols and professionalism to prevent this from happening again.

Unpleasant experience, barely sat down and was told I had to purchase something before I could sit down and work on what what I wanted to. I never experienced that at any other starbucks before I usually do like to order things but not as soon I as I get there. It's usually a nice quiet place I can work at but after being told that I didn't feel comfortable sitting there and went to Barnes and Noble and ordered a coffee from there instead.
