My standard is a decaf caramel crunch. Never had an issue until today. I go order it as usual. The other lady starts making it when the cashier tells her "this one is decaf." We responded w "They're both decaf." The lady who preparss it gets an attitude and says "well, now i gotta remake it." Ummm, yeah. You do. It said decaf on the cup. Not my fault you can't follow directions. There's a reason we ask for decaf or a milk alternative. Some of us have extreme allergic reactions to mundane products. There's no need for attitude when you allow for customizations that you refuse to follow.

The older lady with the pony tail is driving me to a different location... not coming back.Hardly ever have anything in stock, I do feel bad for Jordan bc he has to work with people who don't have motor skills and any brain activity. Disappointment workers, by the looks of it, it's making this starbucks look bad.
