Why is there only one person working on a Wednesday at lunch time? Sat at drive thru for serval minutes before getting a please wait message. C while I watch people walk in getting service.

This is a horrible store, the worker could not add other condiments because they are on camera. the owner has them counting,out olives for the sandwiches. She stated that what the menu says is on the sandwich then that is all they can put on the sandwich, you can not add more and pay for it. I have never heard of Subway running like this. The girl working the counter felt horrible she said they are being watched and will get in trouble. I think this is the store manager or owner issue he needs to correct that store. Will never go back to that store and have told everyone.

The young lady on duty had issues,making the experience terrible just because she,and I quote" I have so much to do and I'm the only one here". She couldn't keep track of repeated order details i.e. onions,cookies etc. Her attitude sucķed,and we asked her if we had done something to offend her,and she No, she had too much to do..Her attitude sucked,and we won't be going to this store again. There was much more but would take so much time to write.

Didn't have all the stuff for my 2 subs! Told me he would get a picture of the receipt and tell his boss to get a refund this was Saturday and I still have yet to get my refund!! This is theft and if i don't get said refund i will sue this company!! And I call and call for 3 days straight and they won't answer the phones!!!

Pull up during middle of the day no one.in the store only car in the drive through. Took 15 mins finally ordered they didn't have anything I wanted in stock was all frozen. And no churroz are cookies in was so fed up I felt like going somewhere else

The staff at Subway are delightful, practically culinary wizards, but it seems their magic runs out when it comes to adding meat and vegetables. It's as if they think the essence of a sandwich should be more air than substance. If you enjoy the challenge of locating your fillings with a magnifying glass, this is the place for you!
