Service at this location was totally ridiculous on November 12, 2025
After waiting in line for quite some time while other customers were being waited upon my disabled elderly husband cane and all was next in line when he was told to wait as the worker proceeded to make sandwiches for delivery orders while a 2nd worker ignored those standing in line wiping counters and such
NO! My husband one old man should've been served before delivery orders or get better help! Have more respect and better common sense smh There's plenty of competition in sandwiches these days

I give zero stars to this location.
My husband and I went in to buy a foot long and 6 inch. The girl that was there just had horrible customer service, we literally waited until she finished sweeping the floor, didn’t even say “I will be right with you” or nothing. She barely spoke with us, didn’t even toast the bread, very little ingredients in the subs like she was buying!
Lazy too! We wanted some avocado and chipotle sauce and she said it was out… like come on you can’t go in the back, make some and stock up?
Very bad customer service and food!
If you don’t like your job, quit!
The girl who was there on Saturday afternoon around 2:00 pm was on brake outside and when she came in she didn’t wash her hands and she put on gloves but didn’t change them after making sandwiches for others. The lobby was dirty too.

Alisha was great, the other girl Evelyn walked out half way through making are sandwiches to hang out with some kids that came in, Alisha was taking out the trash and cleaning the store by herself. While Evelyn has the worst attitude and left Alisha to do everything on her own. We appreciate you Alisha! Keep up the great work and you’ll go far in life!

I’m only giving this location a one star because I have to. If I could give no stars, I would lol
I have gone to this location a few times to order & am always met with hostility & attitude. You can tell these people hate their jobs, one chick in specific. I can’t remember her name but I’m almost positive she’s the manager. Anyways, the customer service & the food is always terrible. My food always looks like it’s just been slapped together.
Today specifically, I ordered online. Of course I opened my sandwich & it looks like slop once again. I wouldn’t even waste my time ordering here.

Hello. I recently placed an online order for four subs. Nothing about these sandwhiches were correct. One was missing vegetables aswell as a condiment. None of them were toasted despite specific instructions. And one of them had mold. on the cheese. Never eating at this location again!
They did a great job accommodating our special sandwich. She was very nice and happy to work with.
I cannot stand places that have these young kids working with attitude and disrespect and no work ethic this subway is going to be one I don’t return back to. I got a meatball sub that wasn’t even fresh it was quite cold and had burnt meatballs which was disgusting do not recommend this subway at all!!

My dad went to Jerry Murphy location to get us dinner. They were more interested in doing online orders than a physical person in front of them. Even a second person came in and just straight up ignored him. Very disrespectful management needs to get involved or management needs to get their priorities straight.

Tonight was the 2nd night in 2 weeks pur order had been very wrong. Seems like a new hire that doesn't pay attention to what the order says. I can't be the only one this is happening to, just be careful. I ordered & online & picked up each time this happened.

Ordered online as usual but got there 25-30 min later and told they had no order. Wife checked online and order was there. She took a picture and payment info and I tried to call but call went to VM and box was full. I drove back and want back in and an order was on the shelf. Lady behind counter said it came in after I left. Online it offers curbside delivery which would help after my hip replacement, but it’s not offered! After all these years sandwich’s were just so-so.
