Tonight was the 2nd night in 2 weeks pur order had been very wrong. Seems like a new hire that doesn't pay attention to what the order says. I can't be the only one this is happening to, just be careful. I ordered & online & picked up each time this happened.

Ordered online as usual but got there 25-30 min later and told they had no order. Wife checked online and order was there. She took a picture and payment info and I tried to call but call went to VM and box was full. I drove back and want back in and an order was on the shelf. Lady behind counter said it came in after I left. Online it offers curbside delivery which would help after my hip replacement, but it’s not offered! After all these years sandwich’s were just so-so.

So I'm normally not the type to write an review but the way my boyfriend and I sandwichs were made was very disappointing.. we both work in food services and we would never serve food the way the Jerry Murphy Subway location served us.. my boyfriend got the cold cut comb sandwich and there was hardly any meat just 4 slices of ham and when I unwrapped my sandwich and went to pick up half to take a bite everything that was on the inside fell right out on to my lap because the bread was just smashed and torn and I had got the sweet teriyaki sauce and my sandwich was drenched in it. I'm just very disappointed with the way my sandwichs were made and seeing all these great reviews about the Jerry Murphy Subway Location I'm sad to be the "karen" customer. I wish I knew how to upload these pictures to show these sad sandwichs?‍♀️

I took my family there to get supper. We order, the lady behind the counter looked stressed out, her helper was in the back room. I let her know they would ask be combos and she charged us for everything separately. Then we tried to sit down and enjoy our meal, but her helper guy came out the backroom to inform us we couldn't eat in the lobby as it was closed at 8 pm although the store is open until 9 pm. They're are no signs up about the lobby closing for dining in. We are out good on the stairs outside. A few minutes later another family sat and dined in. I will never return to this location again.

I ordered online. Never get a pickup time. I get there to check in and there is one person working. I let her know I am there and she takes care of walk in customers first. They should have more then one person working at a time in the middle of the day

I mean it's a modern day Subway. What are you expecting when it's a franchise based business with little to no corporate oversight. As long as I treated the workers with respect and made them laugh I got a decent sandwich. Nothing has ever been passed expiration or tasted bad. On occasion you get one of them that can talk about sandwiches better than making one but they tend to quit on their own. It's off the highway and a bus stop and in a local neighborhood strip mall. When I'm looking for no non sense and no frills I come here.

I really love the lady who's been here for years with the bright eyeshadow, she's always such a rockstar and kind and efficient. As for the rest of the staff, they're pretty horrible especially the brunette there a lot. Definitely treated like an inconvenience for them having to do their jobs. You don't get greeted, no smile, no small talk, no thank you, just gtfo like geez. Bad attitude and I feel like an annoyance spending money it's really weird. I actually prefer the workers who are newer. Even if the sandwich takes longer at least it's a more positive experience cuz they're not burnt out like the rude girl.They're often out of products like bread and meatballs so go early. I hate their parking lot with every fiber of my being it's insanely tight and shared with a bar/restaurant so you never know how busy it actually is and if you can safely navigate. Less than desirable location and service, unless you catch the boss lady. Ty you're great but please work on your staff being great as well.

Horrible Horrible Horrible customer service. Should definitely get a new crew I've been to subways across the country and this was the worst experience I've had at one stay away from this location at all costs.

I came on here just to write a review for this store because I stopped there one day last week to get dinner for my bf and I, and this was by far the CLEANEST MOST ORGANIZED Subway/restaurant I have seen in a long time. Great job guys, seriously! It looked amazing.

Wheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp along the side of the building and handicap parking as well.
