Showed up around 7:00 p.m. and nobody noticed I was there because they were really busy in the back talking. Once they noticed me the service was just fine. But a 6-in sub and a bag of chips for $10.42? I won't be back.
Food was great service was good but while we were eating someone we thought was a employee walked out hollering I smell BS! Really in a restrant with a few seated tables. Not appropriate. I wish we had read reviews BEFORE we ate there.
This was one of the cleanest Subways I have been to! Wonderful staff made the whole meal an awesome experience!! Definitely recommend!!
Ordered 3 sandwiches and the bread was very hard. Everything was put together sloppily. Didn’t even get all the ingredients I asked for. The customer service was also awful. The girl was rude and gave attitude.
I like soft fresh bread not hard and dry like what I got. That was very disappointing.

Very disrespectful lady there hurried me up didn’t want to scan my QR digital code because “she couldn’t” and when I told her I’d download the app so I could scan my coupon she just hurried me up and told me to pay with a card. Very disappointed with the service here won’t be coming back here.

The worker Bernadette was very rude to me when I was asking questions about the menu. Obviously doesnt know what she's doing either. Won't be returning

Ordered the potein bowl, yet not my order, had to not go back to 8th and main they don't answer drive thru. I have sent an email and reported, I love Subway but can't deal with people unaware of their JOB! I have even emailed what is wrong with subway

The subs are mediocre at best but it was annoying to order online and be missing things from the order and to have to go back in twice to get things. The flatbread snacks are a joke. There was 2 pepperonis and a little cheese in the one that is supposedly 2x pepperoni and cheese and it was not spread over the flatbread. Not sure if that is how it is meant to be but if so I can't imagine many people are going back for me. Very very disappointed and will not be going back

So imagine this… I walk in with my fellow peers excited because I speak highly of this establishment. When we are greeted we immediately feel almost rushed. We have a few simple orders, which to most would be a blessing, but was apparently a burden to this younge girl who claimed we didn’t order enough veggies to her liking. Oh I apologize I forgot subway wasn’t a place for people to order their custom sandwiches but a place where you get judged because it’s not “healthy”. Finally get my sandwhich which I waited wayyy to long for and I take my first bite.. mmm so good wait what’s that? That’s right a hair. Not a small almost missable one but a looong curly hair covering in the chipotle sauce I requested. This experience not only tarnished the reputation of this establishment but embarrassed me to my friends because of my previous high praise. Do better subway!!!

I went into the establishment and I couldn’t even hear the worker when she talked and she just would not speak up! Then I proceeded to be shamed for my sandwich choices! Imagine that! A make your own sandwich place that doesn’t even allow you to make your OWN sandwich that YOU will be eating without judgement! I don’t think so. Not only did she mention the fact that I didn’t get many veggies on my sandwich one BUT A TOTAL OF FOUR TIMES, from the time that I walked up to the time that I paid. Then we sat down and my good friend then found a long curly hair in her sandwich. I mean shoot I would be losing hair too if I was so worried about other people’s sandwich choices! Anyway moral of the story stick with the subway in Walmart they do it best!

I ordered 3 footlong sandwiches on the app. I am a teacher and used my very short lunch break to pick them up. The receipt was correct, the sandwiches were not. One had Mayo and veggies that were not ordered and was missing the honey mustard that was ordered, one was missing veggies that were ordered, and the third was missing Mayo that was ordered. Very unhappy with my experience.

I didn't get a name but server 71202 on my ticket was amazing. Working alone or while understaffed in a rush this associate is always kind, friendly and in a positive mood. Treats customers and her fellow associates with respect and is always willing to go above and beyond to make sure we're satisfied with our order. Hopefully this associate will see a raise in the near future, management take notes.

0 stars… ordered 3 subs tonight. Stood at the counter waiting for the lady to get off her phone. She then proceeds to wash her hands & go back to her phone then make our sandwiches. She was not friendly at all, seemed mad she had to do her job. Gave us the wrong cheese on all 3 sandwiches, couldn’t bother to spread anything out, & extremely skimpy with everything. Overall EXTREMELY displeased with service/worker & food. Will not return.
