0 stars… ordered 3 subs tonight. Stood at the counter waiting for the lady to get off her phone. She then proceeds to wash her hands & go back to her phone then make our sandwiches. She was not friendly at all, seemed mad she had to do her job. Gave us the wrong cheese on all 3 sandwiches, couldn’t bother to spread anything out, & extremely skimpy with everything. Overall EXTREMELY displeased with service/worker & food. Will not return.

I placed an order on the mobile app and my sandwich was complete trash! I went to see about the order getting remade and the guy was extremely rude! Then, I asked him for a refund and he was even more rude! I’m never going this subway again!

After ordering a sandwich via through the website to be delivered, it was incorrect. Come to find out this location doesn’t even have a phone so you can’t even call and let them know something was incorrect with your order. So I had to drive down to the actual location to return the sandwich and I was told that the manager would call me back on Saturday due to the fact that he was off on Friday come Saturday no phone call Sunday I had to drive back to the same location to inquire why nobody gave me a call back due to the fact that this location does not have a phone. Finally get to speak to the manager 15 minutes after showing up and spend another 15 minutes while he was on the phone with his corporate manager my total bill, 24.00 after returning the food because it was made incorrectly. I was only refunded $16 and some change due to the fact that they sublet their delivery through DoorDash which I don’t believe has anything to do with me. I ordered on their website and whoever they sublet it out to is between them a sandwich was delivered that was incorrectly made and I was only refunded $16 and some change after paying 24 and some change. Had the sandwich not been made incorrectly I wouldn’t have had to drive down there two times due to the fact that they don’t have a working telephone so I’m not understanding. How is it that the customer is being inconvenienced multiple times and not even getting refunded the full amount after returning the food item. What about my delivery fee?

We went there on Sunday we went shopping in Pueblo and decided to grab something to eat we saw a subway and decided to go eat 2 adults and 2 children staff was friendly at first everyone ordered what they wanted we were asked for here or to goThe children wanted to staySo we ate thereMy youngest child who is 9 wanted some waterSo we told her to go ask for a cup of waterThat's when a young man employee told another employee no they just want to steal soda? unfortunately we overheard thatSo my daughter walked up to the counter and asked for a cup of water and the man said we have cups for waterThen he said we have no waterHow rude !!!!!!! Never in over 50 years has anyone been that rude to us !!First off not everyone who walks in the door is a thiefSecondly no one in my family was rude or gave attitudesThis place is horribleThe employees need to be more professionalWe will definitely not ever go back again ??Bought 4 foot longs was severely over charged 45 $ for what?????????

I went to this subway for lunch while visiting Pueblo. The store itself is a bit dirty and immediately off-putting on the location in general. There’s a sign on the door that says no cash after 8pm for the safety of the staff. Unfortunately Subway can’t control this part of their business so I did not rate it based solely on this. The food is typical Subway. The bread is as good as any other Subway. The lettuce and onion looked and tasted less fresh than other subways I’ve been to. The stuff we’re friendly and super helpful. The cost for a 6-inch cold cut with tax was $5.69. Very doable. A pre-made sub from King Soopers cost about the same thing ($5+tax) and you don’t get nearly as many toppings on those subs. Overall happy with this chain Subway sub. Recommended, but only during the afternoon. Not sure how safe it is out here in the evenings.
