subway, it's a subway
I will never order from this Subway ever again. My order was messed up and they did not even contact me. About something that they might be out of they just decide, too fix in their own words without even talking to me.
I ordered a foot long cookie.
But they decided to give me three cookies only. And I have my receipt to prove it and a picture of the food 3 cookies is like 3$ and a footlong cookie is 6.19$ and you guys did not even contact me, do your job. I could do your guys' job 20 times better than you. I have four years experience working for Subway.

Ordered through door dash, and my door dasher had to place my order cause subway stayed they didn't get my order. My order was completely wrong after texting the dasher everything that I wanted, wanted turkey and bacon, no bacon. Subway made my sandwich and seems like a 4 year old made it. Very disappointed.

Ordered a baccon egg and cheese Flatbred, was charged for the egg but not given an egg. Ordered a Steak and Egg Sandwich, was charged for an egg but not given an egg.
Several meats were frozen and unavailable. Staff did not work as a team. Staff was trying to stock the chip rack in front of the viewing window while there was a long line of customers. Staff charged the wrong food items and would not correct the order. Lastly, the staff member laid my napkin on top of my open sandwich. The napkin was covered in sauce. The worst managed store and poorest customer service I've experienced.

Went on Tuesday afternoon, 8/19, Zach was working. Was super busy cleaning and stuff but still talked to me and got to my order quick, super friendly and helpful

The employee (that worked on 8/6 at noon) with long black hair has a bad attitude. I wasn't serviced. I believe it someone is so unhappy with their job they should find another. The blonde on the other hand made sure she was available to help

I've always liked Subway. At this point, my main complaint would be the fact that Subway chooses to staff only one employee during lunch hour. This single employee has to serve walk-in customers, take online orders, and answer the phone. Absolutely Rediculous. Why does Subway do this? Because the owners could care less about properly staffing their stores during busy times. Their saving lots of money and lining their pockets at the expense of quality, timely food service. Who cares anymore? Right?

Meatball sub had sliced ham in it and forgot to add the box of cookies.
Need better employees rude and disrespectful
They were out of most of the meats EXCEPT the ones I happened to have needed for my family. The girl who made the two sandwiches I ordered was absolutely fabulous and very sweet.

Always fresh! The owner is more than accommodating to special requests.
Staff was very friendly and courteous. Very fresh items and the place was very clean.
2 people working at subway when I arrived. More concerned with online orders then actual guests in the restraunt. Piss poor service if I would not know better I would think I was bothering them by physically stopping in and placing my order.

Went to go get food and I got there and the lady working said they only had turkey because she didn’t have an prep done well she was very Rude about it and her boyfriend was in the store and it looked like they had been smoking so she could care less about customers or her job so does she get paid to sit on her ass all day and not work because it’s a weekend and her boyfriend is there must be nice
