UPDATE AS OF 8:21pm tried calling the Santa fe location to address the issues after arriving home and their phone is off 0.o

Placed an order online and none of the 4 sandwiches I ordered were toasted one of the sandwiches mine in particular didn’t have the avocado that I paid extra for and the protein bowl we ordered was made incorrectly and we didn’t receive our child’s fruit punch or apple squeeze pouch they offer with the kids meal it’s some bullshit I paid over $60 for this order and for it to be completely wrong is bullshit! And not only that but the worker giving attitude about me asking a question when the app states if you order 3 footlongs you get a 4th one for free and it shows I only bought 2 when I ordered 3 footlongs

Just ordered a foot long from this place through grubhub they only sent me a 6 inch do you know the difference between 6 inches and a foot long obviously you don't!!! Now I have to reorder for the other half and grubhubs going to have to refund me for that other half ridiculous service!!!

The kids working were nice but the food was terrible. The spinach was rotten, iceberg was almost all brown. I settled on pickles and tomatoes which ended up being completely frozen. Having a quick and easy dinner ended up being a dinner I have to still wait to thaw.

my boyfriend went in, ordered one philly, and two bmts. i used to work at subway, i know the bread is under baked, the bell peppers are cut wrong and it's very messy for no reason. if i worked here, id do a better job with more respect for my customers. do better to teach your employees how things should be done, correctly.

When we got to the counter to start making our sandwiches the lady I am going to post with this waving at me was rude and had no reason to be... seems like she's taking things out on her customers... She completely ignored me when I was just making conversation... There was no lightning in the mood. She very sloppily made my sandwich and commented that I need to start making my sandwiches at home. She was aggravated when I asked her to cut a footlong in half and wrap it in two pieces of paper for me. She was very rude when I went back to take the picture because I just didn't understand why she was being so ugly to me, she waved and said have a good day ma'am as rude as she could in front of all the customers that were there. If this is what covid has caused us to hire into all of these businesses then that is the reason that most businesses are going to have to shut down because I will never stop at this Subway again.

Yes I went to the Walmart Subway on Northern and Pueblo boulevard. I ordered the tuna sandwich it was the worst sandwich I've ever had. I could barely find any tuna fish on the sandwich and barely any vegetables it was like eating an empty sandwich roll with mayonnaise

I would defiantly think about changing your Sunday crew took over 45 minutes to get foodI know there’s only 2 of them there but I’ve been in there other days and other crew members work 10x faster

I had ordered from the subway website since the app is broken, first red flag i guess. I received my order on time that was great! I thought everything seemed right with the ammount of sandwiches I ordered. When I came home my sandwiches were correct when I opened them, but didn't have that much in them even though I put double of some items. Also I didn't see some of the items i told them to put in some of the sandwiches. I told them to also label them, they did but labeled them wrong which I had to open each one to find out what one is what. I'll higher my review rate to see if it would be better in person.

This place is always dirty looking. The worker behind the counter did not have a hair net on, so his hair was hanging over the food, and he was pushing his hair out of his face with his gloved hand tgat he was also using to make people's food. In addition, he was pushing his glasses on his face with the same gloved hand. It is all very unsanitary when making food. He should be made to wear a hair net or a hat to prevent his hair from hanging over the food. I avoid this place as much as possible.
